Luxury Meets The Road — The best thing about this car is its overall quality. When you are driving it, you feel safe and well protected. Its luxurious interior is also a plus: the steering wheel radio controls, the dimming lights, the sunroof and adjustable seats. It's great!

A Real Sleeper — 0-60 in about 4.3 seconds very refined, a little heavy around turns, gas mileage is awful around 13-14 per gallon, a real sleeper, very few people know the capability of this car, overall a lot of fun, only real draw back is the upkeep

No Clue — fast car with great quality inside and out.. 469hp under the hood from the factory, not that fast. but that is what tunning for. 20mpg on highway, 14 city.. Oil change is $100, but overall one of the best car on the market right now

Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.)

2006 Mercedes Benz E55 Amg — A four door Mercedes witha supercharged 5.5L 469 BHP V8 (stock). Need I say more? This is the fastest production Mercedes (prior to the non-supercharges E63). It will keep up with almost any sprts car, and many of the super cars...

Four recalls within 3 years.
The wiper gives a very very annoying noise, and nobody can fix that problem.

Another German Car That I Can Drive Some Times. — Good and comfortable car, but not mine :( It's not fun to drive but very very responsive.

Racecar!!!! — Very Fast, over 450hp, Sleek, Good Sleeper Car. Conservative looks and "grandpa" look are way misread. Car accelerates like a drag racer and easily reaches 183, i know because thats the fastest ive gone in it,

Pros

This is great road car - get it up on the interstate and just cruise for miles - lots of space for persons and cargo - air suspension means you can't overload it - it will stay level regardless of the load - no squeaks, rattles - a very solid car.

Cons

As with most MB's high quality service is not cheap - I only used a private shop for all my work and they are excellent at what they do - using the MB recommended service schedule is costly but pays dividends in the long run.

A Solid Safe Traditional Station Wagon That Drives Great — Great power and acceleration - plenty of power - the handling and steering is solid and you always feel like you are in control when driving - very comfortable seats can adjust to anyone - got a big load? flip down the second row seats and you can carry a grandfather clock home - a very versatile luxury hauler that ain't a huge SUV

Pros

Awesome car!!!  I love almost everything about my E-Class.  My car needs service once a year.  I don'r have to write down or have a sticky on my window.  The car tells you when to take it in.  where as most other vehicle need service every 3,000 miles :-(.  No waiting at the service department You drop off the car and you get a loaner.  You're on your way.  The only problem I've had was whistling noise coming from the engine.  No problem...under warranty.  LOVE IT!!!

Cons

Maybe it's just me???...but every time I seem to take it for service, I need work on the brakes.  Other then that NO problems.

Awesome!!! — I love everything about my Mercedes Benz E-350, style, color and performance. This is the second one I've owned and honestly, I don't think I would buy anything else but a Merz. Now I'm looking to buy the SL 500.

needs more power but that's probably just because I can never get enough, 5spd auto really should be a 6spd or 7spd which they changed later for better fuel economy

Impeccable Performer For Every Day Duty. — I take it back....this is the favorite car I've ever owned. The only way it gets any better is the E550 4matic which would cost you 10k more. The only things I'd change about this car is give it a bit more power and better fuel economy, both of which the E550 takes care of. This thing is better than a truck in the snow, has a great, comfortable air ride suspension that's adjustable when you want to hit the twisties, handles and moves great for a 5000lb german luxo-boat, I mean just look at it. Does it get any better???
