Pros

Fast and fun to drive! Very handsome with tons of bells and whistles

Cons

Maintenance is costly and drinks gas for its size

Love It If It Didn't Require Tires — I have replaced tires and wheels way too many times to remember. The low tire light comes on constantly. One tiny pothole can cost nearly $500. Unless you drive in a bubble or you love to buy new wheels, consider another vehicle. BTW, my sister owns this same car, and she is experiencing the fun times with the wheels as well. Also, the dashboard and door facings are sticky and very easy to gouge. It looks awful. When it heats up outside, everything sticks to it. My car does not have a rear camera, but it definitely needs one. It is nearly impossible to see behind you to back up. I have to use the side mirrors, but this scenario is not ideal.

Lexus Is 350 Is Sweet — Performance - quick pickup, smooth, no jerks when shifting, paddle shifting works very quick. Build Quality -- no repairs yet, sensors on brake went haywire once. Appearance -- really sexy in and out Cost - 22 mpg, maintenance cost is just an oil change every 5K miles Fun Factor - one of the best cars i have driven.

Great Ownership — Is not a Beemer but it will last longer. Parts are easier to install and purchase. Wonderful alternative to most European cars. I would highly recommend this car to any of my friends or co workers. Toyota reliability, with Lexus refinement.

Best Car I've Owned — The IS350 is the best car i've ever owned (brands i've owned-Cadillac, Mitsubishi, Nissan, Chevy). The car has just the right balance between sport and class. I will likely stay with the Lexus/Toyota family for all vehicles moving forward!

Pros

A perfect daily driver that has power but costs a bit more in maintenance.

Cons

My 20 in rims. My fault though!

A Perfect Daily Driver — More than enough power to deal with everyday situations. As it is with Lexus, the build quality is exceptional. Scores high on fun factor due to its power and handling. Massive brakes and sticky brake compound provides for a very good 60 to 0 braking distance. Do not buy this car if you are too conscious on maintenance cost though.

Great Value. — Best car I have ever driven. Power to spare. Good highway mileage. Actual experience--25mpg. Good looking (like a trophy wife). Extremely quiet ride. Fun, fun, fun. This car is the best value I have ever owned. You will enjoy it too.

Pros

Commuter, plain and simple, Japan's 3 series.

Cons

In some area codes you might as well be invisible

Like Japanese Cars? Don't Want A German Sedan? Pencil Pusher? Have A Slight Commute? Buy This. — Performance- Feel the weight, not as nimble as the IS300. Quiet engine, road/wind noise are at a minimum, Traction Control gets in the way of everything fun. "Sports Mode'' is rather pathetic and slurps up gas. Gear shifts can be sudden and unwilling to down shift at times. Can be passed by Deutsch cars in a heartbeat. Build- It's a Lexus..need say more? Appearance- What used to be a semi uncommon car has been bought by the everyday suburban family for mom or, nothing shocking or vibrant. Never draws eyes. Sleeper quality to it. Cost- Again, Lexus, it's going to be pricey. Fun Factor- Have to be quite heavy on the right pedal and flappy paddles to really liven it up.

Pros

Ride, comfort, fit and finish are great. I love that nobody expect it to be fast

Cons

Honestly the only thing i can say is that i wish there were some visual difference between the 250 and the 350

25

Worth A Look — The most under-rated car in its class. I have 50,000 miles on mine and I do not have a single complaint so far. Its not as if i drive like an old lady eighther, I have taken it to Deals Gap a few times and it is brilliant as most sports cars with the advantage of being great to frive home in the next day.

Legendary Reliability Combined With Power And Style — I had test drove many similar cars before buying. I kept coming back to this one. It was the best combination of looks, performance, and smile factor of any I tried. Consistent 28 MPG highway, yet real pull at 60 mph.

outstanding combination of performance, mileage (23 average), styling and service.

Cons

if you're looking for a super compliant ride, this is not it.

Great Road Car. — Performance is hot. I love the styling. Needed squeak in dash repaired - they replaced the entire dash unit under warranty all because I complained of a squeak going 45 MPH at 55 degrees outside on rough roads. No questions asked.
