Awesome power and good gas mileage for such a large truck/engine.

High cost of diesel fuel

Awesome Truck — I have the Duramax diesel with the Allison transmission and the power is phenomenal! The ride is extremely comfortable and the interior is roomy and comfortable. The fuel economy is great on the highway when not towing (~20 MPG), but when towing a heavy load the economy goes down to around 12 MPG. Overall, I love this truck.

Primary Use: Utility (towing boats, transporting cargo, etc.)

You are a man's man

If you are a girly man

Professional Grade — Best truck I have owned to date. Will pull anything I hook to it, anything. Great power, ok mileage. Does great off road, goes where you point it, it knocks downs the trees. A blast to drive even without roads.

Primary Use: Commuting to work

Comfort and power

Really big

06 Sierra — This truck is a towing machine, it pulls my 10000# enclosed car trailer like it's not even there. It drives like a Caddilac and pulls like a Peterbuilt. The only negatives are it is tough sometimes to find a parking spot and due to the fact it has the two inch body lift for the 4wd it does stand a little tall. It gets 20+ mpg on the highway and about 15 around town. the torque from the diesel is amazing and the 6 speed allison can always adapt to the conditions.

Alot Of Cargo Room By RDunn

All the lift is done by the hydralic lift in the bsck of the bed, enclosed box for security. There is a entry door from the front cab. Is not that bad on gas for being a box cutaway van. Read More
