My Shoe — Performance wise its only a 4 cylinder so it is definately not a race car. I love the look of it. The gas mileage is awesome. No problems at all with this car! Great for a first vehicle and great price too! I would recommend this to anyone looking for a great car on gas!

Amazing Little Car — yeah dont judge. but i accidently drove into my garage gate and its like solid steel or sumfin. and the car got 2 little scratches and the gate got permanent damages cant open or close it anymore. wat a tough little car just needs to be faster at the acceleration. Braking is ok and handeling is also very good. ive had the car for 2 years now and i hasnt been into any repairs.nice and small very chilled car, need to replace the speakers the original ones cant handle much bass. it can chomp full like theres no tomroow but in abu dhabi its cheap fuel so no problem in filling it up. Good College Car — very reliable, great on gas. but weak in performance and just plain ugly. the standerd fetures are nice and include, A/C, CD with mp3 player hookup, 4 airbags, tilt wheel, and a few others. deffinatly suggest the 1.8, vs. the 1.6, the 1.8 is weak as it is, and i couldn;t imagine having even less power than i do now. I Love My Aveo.............. — performance - good, excellent, neutral build quality - just minor repairs, no squeaks and no rattles. strong car. appearance - very good inside and out. cost of ownership - satisfactory, very low maintenance cost fun factor - the car is extremely stable at high speeds. it is fun to drive the car above 140 kmph....! Aveo — Spacious, good pick up, aircon is excellent, music system cud've been better, seat belts at times feel a bit slack... Gr8 to drive on a long journey, very comfortable, sturdy even at higher speeds, one feels safe, Back seats need some work, interiors can be worked on, no glove space, needs work there.... mileage is good, fun 2 drive, ok value 4 money... | ||

Pros1.6 litre engine uses (lots) less gas than my 4.3 litre astro. ConsLeg room iffy. Road noise-lots. A small car- but at 1.40$ a litre and climbing I'm already thinking of buying a Smart car(maybe a scooter!).

Prosit gets great gas mileage city 28 mpg highway im still not sure how accurate this is because i only went on one road trip to chicago in it and i set cruise control at 80 mph and i got 33 mpg doin that...update after 5 years of owning the vehicle now that the engine is broken in my avg mpg city is about 30 mpg on the freeway avg mpg 38-40 mpg depending on how fast you are going and if you choose to use cruise control Consi have to invest a lot of time to bring my car to the dealership its very fusterating im always in the shop at least every other month

I Thought That If I Bought American That I Would Get Quality Boy Was I Wrong — my car i bought in aug of 2006 brand spankin new within the first 200 miles i had to service it the light was broken the next 200 miles i had to bring it back in because the back windshield wiper was going in a 360 degree circle instead of the 90 degree angle later the light broke again this had to be repaired on 3 seperate occasions the radiator was leaking at only 2500 miles 5000 miles the fuel intake valve had to be replaced at 10000 miles i had to buy a new set of tires i just had the window side decals which are the black trim around the windows redone because they were peeling i also had to get 2 rims replaced because they were off set and making the car wobble all this before 30000 miles i recently won my battle with gm extending my warrenty an extra 4000 miles this was a 4 month process though every day i had to invest time off school and countless lunches to speak with a total of 4 different gm representatives.update now owning it for 5 years this car is a pile of junk the car goes out of alignment real easily causing tires to wear quicker there is so much engine problems i bought an extended warranty to cover it all and gm still huffs and puffs about fixing it..worst investment ever!!if i could go back in time i should of bought the monte carlo. Weak Engine And Bad Gear, Causes Great Noise From The Engine And Also Worse Fuel Consumpsion — it's a leasing car. i tried to replace it to a different car but no good. there is only one thing about this car that i can say positive and it's the space (for the driver and passangers) for this group of cars. | ||

Chevrolet - Never Again!!! — I bought Chevrolet Aveo 2006, driven only 8 months, 15,000 miles. Four days after I bought it whole engine died!!! Yes, it's economic on fuel, but short-term car! Do not throw your money on that piece of s...! My advice: better pay a couple thousand more, than regret for waisting money and nerves on Chevrolet Aveo. It's not worth it.
