Best Sedan Money Can Buy — Always provides some form of thrill. Traction Control allows some wheel spin, without totally loosing control. Acceleration can not be beat, especially in the 50- 70 passing speed. BMW maintenance, is the best in the industry. No major problems to speak of yet either. Loaners are always top of the line, brand new models. Milage is decent as well at 300 to 350 miles on a full tank, about $40 to fill up at $2.65 a gallon.

Perfectly Balanced And Puts Sport Into A Luxury Car. — Performance is ok with 230HP but the 6 speed manual makes it much more fun than it would be otherwise. The build quality of the car is perfect...so smooth and quiet. One of the best things about a BMW is it's distinguishable look, and this BMW has that locked down with a classic silver exterior and black leather interior. Gas mileage is fantastic for a 6 cylinder, don't worry about gas other than you have to use supreme. Primary Use: Commuting to work

ProsFun, stylish, Cabrio! ConsConsumption: 5-8 Km / Liter (or less) in urban areas & traffic.

Good Car! If You Got The Money And Don't Mind The Extra Consumption Go For The 335 Or M3. — Performance - Overall pretty good. Grip at high speed and on snow/ice not always strong. Build quality - Needed lots of minor repairs albeit being 2 years old. Some small noise here & there. Appearance - Very good. Would be perfect if the back would resemble more its Coupè version (more aggressive)! Cost - Consumption is not bad (gas) given the engine size, but still high compared to lots of cars available on the market today. Fun factor - Yep, quite... needless to say at it's best in Spring&Summer! Primary Use: Commuting to work

A Great Car For Me At The Mo! — Having had the BMW 318i estate I decided I'd stick with BMW if I could find one at the right price, the right age, the right model, the right mileage and of course the right interior, the right SOUND SYSTEM and of course the RIGHT COLOUR! - A Tall order! But I love this car. I looked and tested lots of BMW's before I purchased this including the new diesel 325 saloon version. What I was really after was a car to enjoy now the boys had their own transport. Ended up loving this BMW 325ci M sport coupe with steptronic (until now) always had manual shift. Economically, this car with the same size fuel tank only does 50 miles less (combined mileage use) than the 318i which is better than I expected. It has sport front seats too - so great comfort on a longer journey. As far as I am concerned - from performance through to styling and the fun factor and not forgetting the MUST HAVE sound system - it scores top marks for me at the moment Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.)

My Bemmer — What more can I say? Pure Driving Pleasure. I dont think I could go back to any other car. The drive is very precise and the gearing ratios provide awesome performance when it is needed. Freeway driving is a pleasure with cruise control. Summer is the bomb with the sunroof open...

ProsEnviably reliable and considering the size of the engine..bloody efficient too! a real feeling of quality and class throughout from the interior trim to the electronic controls. I was really impressed with the power to weight ratio as I thought it wouldn't have much Ummph..boy was I wrong. An instant seller as far as I am concerned! ConsOk..its a BMW..you see one everywhere you look on the road..probably cause they are very good value for money and damn reliable but personally..I don't want what everyone has got..I like the different and innovative and thats all I can say against it!

ProsIt's everything you'd expect from the smallest luxury BMW. ConsThe engineers could have added some additional comfort to the seats, and it wouldn't been great if the car held it's line around corners a little better.

Another Great 3-series From Bmw — The latest BMW 3-series continues BMW's tradition of setting a standard for "entry" level luxury sport sedans. The exterior design is just what someone would expect from a class leading organization. The interior meets anyone's needs. Their are 2 areas that are a bit of letdown. First, the seats and ride are not as comfortable as expected for the price. Second, the car doesn't hold to the road as well as previous versions, or as well as an Audi A4. As I've driven both a 330xi and a 330i, neither of them inspire the level of confidence while driving that the Audi does.

ProsStyle, handling/ride balance. Quality feel. ConsIt could use more power parts are expensive.

Great Daily Driver — This a nice overall car. I drives very well, is spacious, good on gas, etc. I would describe it as a jack of all trades, master of none. It's not deficient in any particular area. I would prefer if it were more focused on performance. Primary Use: Commuting to work

2006 BMW 3 Series 330Ci Convertible Review
ProsI bought my car new and, after almost 7 years, I still love driving it! Unlike today's cars with electric steering, there is excellent road feel. Very reliable. Classic design. ConsI only recently started servicing my car after the warranty expired, and it is expensive! Also, front bumper easily gets caught on parking lot stops so don't pull in all the way.
25
A Real Driver's Car! — The 330 convertible was my compromise between a true 2 seat sports car and a family sedan. I have taken my kids to school and then drove it to work everyday since I bought it - and I loved every minute of my commute. It has stood up rather well to the rigors of daily use with the interior showing signs of wear only on the left lateral support of the driver's seat and the steering wheel radio buttons. That is a testament to the quality of the materials used in the car. I would definitely recommend this car to anyone who appreciates driving rather than just commuting!
