2005 Subaru Impreza WRX Wagon Review
ProsGood acceleration, Consunder-steer

Subaru Wrx Wagon — Has under-steer but good acceleration. Looks good, storage not as abundant as previously thought. Gas mileage is not as good as i hoped Fun to drive. I would recommend this car to anyone who wants to buy this car. Unless they want something to drift then no. Primary Use: Commuting to work

ProsCar has a lot of potential for what ever you use it for whether it would be track, rally, or just getting your groceries. It looked great, it drove great, it got excellent gas mileage ConsTransmission

If You Can Find One Buy It. Make Sure It's An '05 To '07 And Concentrate On Beefing Up That Tranny — I really miss this car. I should have kept it. There was nothing wrong with it except for the transmission and I should have just replaced it. This car took anything you threw at it and it would take even more with a swapped six speed or PPG gears. This car was my favorite out of all the cars I've owned and if I could get mine back I would take it in a heartbeat. Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.)

ProsExceptional power and fuel economy. ConsRally-car look isn't for everyone. Weak brakes.

A Great All-round Performance Car At A Bargain Price! — This car is a real bargain at half the price of an STi (at least where I live), its performance is very much in the same league when fitted with PPP - Prodrive Performance Package which added another 40hp or so to the basic 220hp stock engine. Plenty of torque is available from 2,500rpm. If driven sensibly, it will return respectable mileage. Suspension needs work as OEM dampers can be bouncy on many occasions, but fear not as plenty of aftermarket parts are available.

..... No Problems — My Impreza is an 05' 2.5 RS sport, it has 32000 miles on it and has an automatic car starter. I just bought it this weekend and it is amazingly fun to drive! I would reccomend this car to anyone.. I would reccomend any subaru to anyone but I would prefer an Impreza.

Awesome Car — Living in a country where we get a lot of snow, an AWD is not luxury. Subaru makes the best AWD vehicules there are, and this impreza 2.5rs gives me everything I want, security, economical, and fun to drive... At the moment there's no other car I would want over this one

ProsThe hole lot ConsSilly corsa's and renaults think they are faster LMFAO

Subaru Wrx — Awsome seed quick off the mark the handling is how you expect a subaru to handle like a grey hound round a track, the build quality was absolutly solid all the bumps and speed yet still no creeks, with the carbon world rally spoiler on the back it looked the danglies, best car I've had and i would have another one any day.

Pros4x4 Conspoor brake

Ghislain Impreza 2.5rs 2005 — The engine is really good got a great torch.I like the all wheels drive during winter or on sand to drift a bit.The sound systeme suck so I change it complete I found the brake a bit loose don't have an off grip and they came hot real fast.It cost a bit higher than other car on gaz but its a 4x4 but you will enjoy whan you take some tight curves

ProsPerformance, handling, styling ConsRunning costs especially servicing, tyres and insurance

05 Subaru Impreza Wrx Club Spec 8 — I bought the car new. Is a very willing performer in most conditions, though can be a bit of a princess when it comes to different brands of fuel or cold weather. If you enjoy driving and like to have some fun but need a car that is still easy to drive then there is not much out there that will beat this in its original condition. And it looks good too. Can be pricey to run and maintain.
