Sexy Looking Ride — Car could use a bit more torgue and pick up off the line but with a lil moding can be quite the beast.

Pros

All glass roof, standard sunroof, low-torquey engine, looks, customization, dask layout, 17" wheels standard.

Cons

Not enough horsepower for really quick passing on highway, a little heavy.

Can't Beat What You Get For The Price! — I've had this car for 3 years (50k so far) and I can honestly say I've never looked back. For the price nothing can come even close. If you have another five grand to spend then a GTI or Speed 3 is obviously the better performing vehicle but for something just north of 16 grand it's hard to beat.

Pros

A very good fit and finish on the bodywork . I am a Tool & Die maker and have worked for an  Audi assembly plant as well as Volvo . This is what we look at . Compared to anything up to the $ 40 000  market  it is very comparable with fit and finish.

Cons

None.

Ver Good All Rounder — One of the best cars to own these days . Good bang for your buck . Excellent retail after 4 years of owning one .

Quick Acceleration

Cons

Cheaply Made

Not Bad — I drove this car when I was looking to trade in the Equinox. I was impressed with it. There was a few things that were cheaply made. But overall the car was pretty good. Ran great!

Pros

Stylish, sporty spacious coupe.

Cons

Plenty of understeed, could of been better.

A Small Compactwith A Soul Of A Big Adventurer — A surprisingly good looking interior and a very nice exterior for a cheap price of 16,000. The engine is big but only produces a 160 horses which do keep you entertained if you have a manual box but with that size of an engine toyota could of squezed a bit more power from it. The car has bad oversteer when you try and take corners, but the acceleration of this car is great. standard features are plenty to empress your friends and if you have money to spend you can add on plenty more features on the car like a supercharger, better stereo system and much more. Over all i would say that this car is reliable enough to last you a while but the miles per gallon on this car is not that great.

Pros

28+ mpg, great performance, and good in the snow

Cons

4 banger

35

My New Car — For a 4 banger it has great pickup while still getting awesome gas mileage. I put fog lights, pedestal spoiler, ground effects, 6 inch subs, and a couple other options into it. the double moon roof and styling of the interior is one of my favorite features

Pros

Roomy, comfortable, great value for the price, reliable, aftermarket support

Cons

Rattles, weak chassis, no LSD from the factory

35

Fun Car While It Lasted — Handling is sluggish due to poor chassis selection, nothing braces and sway bars can't help. Acceleration destroys everything else in it's price class (Civic EX, Cobalt LS) and is constantly compared to $20-25k sports cars. I hydrolocked the engine and bent a rod, so it's dead and waiting for a rebuild.

Pros

Easy to work on, peppy engine to begin with. Fantastic "stock" car.

Cons

Could be a little lighter, suspension is a little meh.

Sick With Turbo! — You buy it for the value, and then you find that it's very easy to tinker with all over, so you can't keep your hands off it. Pretty soon you're dumping all kinds of money into it for FUN. So be careful!!

Inexpensive Stock Rocket — My wife and I bought a used 05 tC last year with 19k on it. We just love the car. So far we have put another 25k on it and the only problem so far has been caused by the dealer. We brought it in for a recall on the sunroof and afterwards it developed a pretty good rattle and whistled like a banshee. Then a screw broke off leaving the whole thing loose. Upon inspection I discovered a tool had been left in there, rolled around and jammed everything up. The entire roof has since been replaced and so far is working just fine. The car is very quick and agile with the 5 speed ( I think if you go for the automatic you may as well just get the Camry). I ran neck and neck with a new Mustang from 60 to 115, but we ran out of road and I never got to 5th gear. I have buried the speedo at 140mph. The seats are comfortable, the stereo is good and there is an amazing amount of room if you need it and fold down all the seats. I hope it lasts as long as my 69 Corolla.
