Mercedes Benz... nees i say more?

Cons

Gas mileage

Fantastic Car — 5 sec from 0-go, excelent brakes... not so good on corners... but ESP makes its work. Excelent build quality, never had any repairs, and it does not have any squeaks or rattles. Supreme styling in and out The gas mileage is a bit high... and services also Extremely fun to drive...

Pros

Solid mix of performance and luxury.

Cons

Electronic controls, brakes and control system hit and miss

Mercedes Benz 2005 E320 Review — Car is stylish and refined. Fun to drive. City mileage is less than advertised but on the highway the gas mileage is very good for it's size and class. Requirement for premium gasoline drove the cost of ownership up during the summer when gas was above $4 a gallon. On the downside, the electronic brakes vary too often from too firm to too soft. They also squeak with extended city driving. Air conditioning temp setting a little quirky to get used to. Steering wheel based troubleshooting and info dashboard is terrible.

The handling and luxury features

Cons

Not a single thing!!!

Awesome!!!!! — I just love it from A to Z!!!! Handling is great, off course since it's a 4 wheel drive... Gas consumption is really good for a V8. Appearance is awesome, but then again, what else could you expect from a Benz???? Lol

Pros

this really is a machine.

Cons

they cost too *** much.

45

They Sure Do Build A Machine. — 2005 was the last year to offer the full AMG package with the regular E500 engine, so it's ready to "really cruise" down the road, with the pnematic seats and quick-shift transmission, but does not have the supercharger. I figure I saved 20 grand.....LOL, but real fun to drive, especially fast.

2005 Mercedes-benz E-class E320 Wagon — I bought this used car as a cheap and cheerful load-lugger for shopping, baby commuting etc. It has far exceeded my expectations, with a very high level of factory options. The engine bay is as new, and just about everything on the car worked perfectly despite having lead a fairly tough life before my ownership. I have had to change engine and transmission mounts and a few bushes under the car, but otherwise it has been faultless for such a high mileage car.

Pros

Nothing handles as well as this mercedes.  Acceptionally reliable on the road in good and bad weather.  Feels like I'm driving on the autobahn every time I drive her.

Cons

With gas prices as high as they are, it only takes supreme gasoline, which can be harsh on your wallet.

I Love This Car And Would Buy Another One Soon! — I don't like the high maintenance on this car but the drive and feel is well worth the price of a $150.00 oil change. It handles well, very roomy and does not take long to accelerate on the highway through traffic.

Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.)

Beautiful, Great Handling And Powerful — I really love this car but my family and I have outgrown it. I will hate to see it go. I has wonderful handling in all kinds of weather and it has the kind of torque that every car should have. Its great on gas and the Harmon & Kardon speakers are phenominal!!!

Nice — It is a good car that handles well and is easy on the eyes. Very fuel efficient and not a gas guzzler as people tend to say. If well maintained, the car can last you a life time. Sweet, sweet.

This is a sweet car that looks great, drives great and is very economical. The gas mileage is really good and shows you what you are getting at tll times.

Heated seats!!

Cons

Diesel fuel has gone up so it isn't as economical as is was, but because the mileage is so good it still exceeds my other vehicles!!

Awesome Performance From This Mercedes E320 Cdi! — This is a pretty and fun car. The color is a little different from silver or gray and is beautiful. The interior has wood trim and a panorama roof. There are screens on the rear windows that help keep the car cool in the summer. It is comfortable and very speedy. I have had one expense for a hose and had to have a battery. No other issues. Nice record. I like the car around town because it is easy to park and I like it on the highway because it is so comfortable and rides like a dream. What a pleasure to drive this car.

Cons

Its a Mercedes and will eventually break.

Great Car To Get You From A To B With A Nice Bit Of Class. — The Mercedes is quite a fun car, but Mercedes should have tuned the 5.0L for more than 303 hp. Its starting to appear a little bit dated, and making me want to give it the 2007 facelift. Nice braking, 4-matic makes it easy to drive. The Airmatic and the 20s tend to make it a little numb when pushing it in the corners. The ESP inserts itself flawlessly when it is needed. Decent mileage for the engine size, good power, but like I mentioned, some V6s are being produced with more power, Mercedes Tax applied to EVERYTHING.
