ProsGreat as a family vehicle, great on fuel consumption and cheap for a four wheel drive. ConsRough ride with leaf springs in rear, need more room in rear seat area.

Great Reliable Rig That Is Perfect On Road Or Off Road. — An easy to repair and cost effective vehicle to own. 2.5 litre turbo diesel WL engine is a simple yet powerful general engine to service. Timing belt is very easy to install and fuel consumption is better than expected. Made in Taiwan these vehicles are not as detailed inside as other four wheel drives but will suit anyone who buys this vehicle as a general daily driver. Torsion bar front end makes the ride smooth but the rear leaf spring arrangement makes a stiff ride for rear passengers. Light in the tail so it is easy to loose traction and there is enough butnot the best room for the backseat passengers in the dual cab. Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.) |

Mazda Ute — Was a diesel... first diesel I had ever driven... It was good for what is was. an un-glorified working ute. Yes it had its rattles, but it was the aluminum fold down sides that caused the rattle. It was turbo-charged one that ran better in the high revs. Off-road was wonderful. |
