Prosheated seats Conshitting my head every time I got in...

Just Okay At Best — This truck was "just okay" for a lot of reasons... the door jamb in the front was too low and I hit my head until I got my neck-turning technique down. It was awful on gas and had a small tank, so there was not much range. It was capable off-road, but not better than my old Jeep. Inside, the heated seats were great (especially in the German winter), the CD changer was nice, the sound system was good, and the front defroster was great.

Prosgood to drive Consbuild quality a bit iffy

Good — great in the snow! Good performance, build quality a bit iffy and can be expensive to repair. isurance costs are low but it is quite economical for such a heavy car. It has a high driving position so great for country lanes Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.)

ProsGreat off road Conslacks power

2005 Land Rover Freelander Se Premium — I love it's capabilities off road. I wish it had more power and torque and a low range. I love the fact it outperformed some of the larger trucks at the Land Rover National Rally. It's light weight so it performs great on rocks and in mud.

Good Family Of 3 Suv — This car lives up to everything that land rover stands for. Its a Range Rover in a compact package that is made for just about anyone. This small but big spacious luxury SUV keeps everything in persmective. Its been through 1 wreck totaling a little honda civic and just denting the bumper a little on the side.

ProsBecause americans didn't like it, it's very rare but the price also fall faster then acceleration of gravity. I think it looks very good, but you might never thought it's this slow. The seating is great, you sit high and you can see everything ahead. The sound system is excellent, it's comfy, and it has actual off-road abiliy(i tried it) ConsFuel consumption is in the mid-teens, more power is also welcome, some fit-and-finish problems, lazy throttle and sometimes the transmission.

You Either Love It Or Hate It. — (It's the one on the left).Choosing this car is almost a family tradition, because my dad once had seven land rovers. But also because i love it very much. It actually pretty slow to american standards, but i know there's less then fifteen of these in the place I live! Buying these is really challenging your luck and patient, I'm lucky enough not to get a lemon. It would never be as well built as a toyta or mercdes, and there are things that can annoy you at times, but but just looking at it makes me feel happy.

ProsThe speakers are pretty good; it works ConsCannot fill it up properly; very feminine; slow

For Girls Or Left-footers — Not a fan of this car although it has been more than adequate. It is too slow, too tall and it takes ages to put any diesel in it as the filler pipe is poorly designed. Saying that, the after service from Land Rover has been fantastic and the saving grace. The build quality is pretty good though and it has never let me down. |
