Pros

She's a great little car. We expect a lot out of her & she delivers. Good comfort for myself and 3 kids. Great fuel economy.

Cons

Back seat not good for 2 car seats +1 child. Definitely not for tall/big people or anyone with knee conditions- getting in and out could be difficult.

Zippy! — I have been pleasantly surprised at the handling and performance of my mom-mobile. Weather we are loaded up for a long trip or zipping around town we get there quickly. I have driven lots of vehicles: sports/performance cars, wagons & minivans, a dual-axle pick-up, & econo cars. They all have their pros & cons but this is a happy medium!

Great Job — I like the simplicity of design and the easy driving. The performance beats most all in its class, and is easily maintained and customizable. This car is well worth the money, especially those on a budget. Well done Hyundai. Word.

Quick pick-up w/out A/C on, smooth handeling, great gas milage

Cons

Loss of pick-up when A/C is on

Highly Recommended For The Avg. College Kid Not Looking For A Sports Car — This is a great little car for anyone who just wants to go places.. It has nice pick-up, smooth handling, and has pretty good gas mileage. AVG MPG is around 26 in the city and close to 34 on the highways. I own the manual, which is a lot of fun. The clutch is really smooth and the control is excellent. The only major downside is that there is a great loss of horsepower once the A/C is turned on.. makes the acceleration slow down a lot from a stand-still.

Get This Car!!! — like: good gas mileage and very reliable! Haven't had a more reliable car ever! dislike: not good at racing and it's a cheap mode of transportation. This car will never break down... so I expect to keep it for a very long time!

05 Elantra Gls 5-door — Build Quality is fine. Performance is lacking but it is a small car and a small engine. I love that it looks like a Saab 9-3. It is pretty good on gas, although I wish it was bigger now with two kids...

Fun — It doesn't look fast, but it's 2.0L DOHC engine with 140 horses geared high on the 5-speed manual, and a car weigh-in of 2700 pounds, it's got potential, very fun. Great stock sound system. Plenty of room for three more friends. Great cargo. Great lighting. Will have many years of fun with this car.

Great 4 Door Sedan — Love every bit of it, except that it takes gas and gas is so damn expensive these days! It handles great, pulls a 2000lb Uhaul across Canada from Toronto to Vancouver with no problems. I got a great deal on her when I bought her, and she's a great drive! I'd say 5/5 !!!

Good Economical Car — comfortable, good ride, lots of space...reasonably priced, good on gas...right now, that makes it awesome.

Worth Every Penny. — Nice vehicle, good warrenty, would not hold up to a major crash. Excellent engine/transmission for a manual. Excellent gas mileage, cheap payments, actually paid this one off pretty fast. Fun to drive, heck yes. Handled very well. Len was a speed demon in this one.
