05 Element. Heavenly — The Element is the best vehicle that I have ever owned! It is so unique. Roomy and fun. Incredible versatility with the seats, waterproof upholstery, good gas mileage. A cranking stereo system and a moonroof in the rear. I guess you can flip all the seats down and camp out in it under the stars and see them from the moonroof. And with AWD, surefootedness on the roads when it counts! It's so sexy too!

I <3 My Element — i've had this thing for 2.5 years now and i love it. it is lots bigger inside than you could imagine until you try it out. it's pretty sporty to drive for a box with wheels. i like taking the seats out and filling it up with my junk. i can fit skis in there easily. love it

It is a unique little SUV. AWD. Better fuel economy than many SUVs. Rear seats are removable and interior is designed for outdoor and water sports.

Cons

Quirky handling. 5 speed should be a 6 speed manual. Beyond 70 mph fuel consumption drops. Weight distribution too much to rear causing front wheel spin on an incline. AWD should start out as RWD engaging front as needed instead of starting out as FWD. Makes a funny noise in reverse and gearing can be a bit jerky.

Good For Many But Limited For Some. — I like the styling and unique design accents. Rear passenger doors take some getting used to because they open in the opposite direction. Good sound system on EX. Automatic transmission is preferable for this vehicle. Seats 4 but good room for cargo. Highway manners are lacking.

Great All Around Utility Car. — Honda makes a good solid car that keeps their resale value. Overall cost of ownership was very low and this car is dependable and very versatile. Great in snow and ice or on the beach, camping and bike trips. Great cargo space as well.

Fixed Income--need To Sell — Exceptional all purpose vehicle! Great for back and forth to work---shopping and long distance traveling comfort. Easy removal of back seats for additional space. Great sounding radio system! Holds to the road and will not disappoint future owner. There is also 6 months remaining warranty and can be transferred for cost of $50.00

Very Utilitarian — It works perfectly for me as I use it for commuting and also for construction work I do on the side. Holds a suprising amount of tools or my golf equipment and buddies on road trips, or for any trade, and it's easy to clean. Best overall car for my needs.

Great Car For Hauling Friends And Pulling The Boat To The Lake With The Dog In The Back. — Awesome car with moderate power, and decent gas mileage, with plenty of cargo space. The interior is very functional. Awesome stereo system that plays MP3 and a bass tube built into the dash. Great for hauling the dog around and bicycles in the back.

Primary Use: Utility (towing boats, transporting cargo, etc.)

We Love Our Element! : ) — We love our E. We just bought it off our lease and plan on keeping it for a long time. It is perfect for us. It is fun to drive, gets good gas mileage, and it reliable. I love the fact it has a tailgate to sit on when we go camping. Great for hauling stuff from Home Depot, taking the dogs for a ride, and even going on long trips with. There is generous leg room in both the front and back. My husband has named it Elton.

Truly An All-purpose, Simple Utility Vehicle — Folding the rear seats up takes 5 seconds. Once folded up, there's a wealth of space, and it's FLAT. I've put so much in this vehicle: bicycles (without removing seats or front wheels), snow blower, full-size refrigerator, 4x10 sheets of drywall, concrete mixer, 7' Christmas tree, 20 bags of ready -mix concrete... list keeps going and going.
