Great Car! — This 2005 honda civic is a very reliable car. Its engine is very strong. Very good in gas . The only con i can say about this car is that it is not big enough for a huge family. Besides that its a great car

Great Car — loved the reliability....fuel economy and handling . i have put 120.000 miles on the car in 6 1/2 years. I bought it used with 40,000 miles. Other than an alternator and belts , only other service was wear items. best auto i have ever owned.

Just Plain Transportation — Want a car that will last you 15 to 20 years and you only have to change the oil and put brake pads on it? Want to look like everyone else on the road and totally blend in with the crowd? Do you only drive with one other person in the world and two small children or pets? Then the Honda Civic is for you. Great commuter car as it will certainly will not distract anyone with its looks nor attract the attention of police. Its a Honda Civic champion of the un-cool vehicles and defender of all things four cylinder. Some may argue that Civics can be cool but slapping one of those buzz bomb mufflers and nice rims and tires does not turn it into a sports car.

I Would Buy Again And Again. Honda's Run 4-ever — 38MPG - this car has been great on saving gas when I am not driving my SUV. Highly recommend! White with tan interior - love the color combo. Came with 100,000 mi bumper to bumper. this car will run for 300,000 plus!

Reliable — Still the head of its class, the 2005 Honda Civic is the most refined, solidly built economy car on the market. Fuel-efficient and environmentally friendly engine, roomy interior, reputation for durability and quality, impressive crash test scores. Great for a commuter, or student!

Pros

16-valve, 4-cylinder, 127-horsepower engine 1.7L - pulls strong, suspension feels solid. Handling and acceleration is 10 out of 10 with extremely responsive steering and gas pedal. Great gas saver, especially now with 4$ gallon price - The Civic has estimated ratings of 31 (city) and 38 (highway) mpg. It’s real pleasure to drive it on any road! Nice for 2 - although has reasonable back room for persons not taller than  5.8.
The coolest - thing - can be easily modified, cosmetically and mechanically. Low maint cost - parts are available everywhere and all the time.

Cons

great commuter car - however if you think of transporting your friends and family - kinda small, tiny and not so powerful to perform while 4 passengers are seated.

2005 Ex Special Edition — great sound system with aux connection and 6 disc cd changer - comfortable seats - (even greated that most mid size sedans have). Is is the top 10 most fuel efficient cars - + think for yourself - Prius - on winter tires has can give you no more that 26MPG - and unable to get to 15% uphill slope - HONDA in that case on stick shift - still can defeat such a "small" uphill with even more angle and still has up to 30 MPG + it is multifunctional -can be used on race tracks, highly modified, can become the great commuter, nice looker and best friend

Excellent Car That Will Run Forever If Maintained Properly. — Of course there are different Civics, and this 2005 is the top of the line. With its sleek body style, aggressive performance, and outstanding gas mileage, you cannot find a better traveling car. The Civics are truly the wisest economic choice anyone will ever make.

Good — not thing special, but it's not bad, the wheels are the way too small. how come the standen rims only 14 inch! its pretty girly! Also the interior of Aussie version is the way too simple, the Canada's Acura EL shows the real position of 7th gen Civic!

Good Car For The Normal Driver — Excellent first-time car, overall decent, I wouldn't say it's fast, I top out at 110 on the highway..But it's reliable and cost-effective. I enjoy it, I would recommend it, but I would rather have a stronger, faster car like a '67 Camaro with a V8.
