My 2005 Accord With The Fat Buuttt — Love this car during the pricey gas summerss!!! 1 tank .. lets me go for 300 miles. Not much acceleration... wish i had got a V6 instead. Can't really climb any hills... like a turtle when going up a hill. The interior is very roomy, I can go to Ikea without a truck. Overall, this is a good buy. Not for luxury for great vehicle for local driving to work or school. Primary Use: Commuting to work

Prosbeautiful, comfortable and amazing stereo Consnone

Get A Manual One — suspension too soft and the automatic transmission takes too much power from the engine. interior is hard too clean, heavy steering. looks amazing, incredibly comfortable and fun to drive, easy to drive at around 90-100 mph and smooth ride, awesome stereo!

2005 Honda Accord Hybrid Review
ProsTurns out rumble was in my head after 4 visits and seveal thousand dollars. Told them that if it was in my head, take the car on trade. Bought 2008 Accord coupe. FANTASTIC! Consseats do fit by body. Uncomfortable over long distancs. Radio antnna not very strong.

Hybrid — Best performance / mileage you'll ever get. Probaby most under appreciated Honda. Who else can challenge most sports cars and get excellent mileage. 7-8.5 L/100km Not a true hybrid like Toyota but who wants to putt- putt around. Other than the crazy maintance schedule that Honda wants you to follow, cost has been roater which didn't repir my one constant issue. At 80-100 kph it sometimes "rumbles". Will get fixed now by a local shop that I trust. Primary Use: Commuting to work

ProsEverything ConsI wish it had tinted windows, that is the only thing that I miss.

White Lightening Kicks Ass — This car rides like a dream. First vehicle that I have ever owned where I can actually fall asleep on the passenger's side while it's going 90 mph. It has comfortable heated leather seats. It has a lot of space and classy interior. Overall, this car is just awesome!

ProsSize, comfort, aftermarket-ness, speed, looks ConsLittle too much body lean, still a family car and handles like one

An Excellent Family Car. — You can't go wrong with a Honda, especially the Accord if you're looking for a solid, decently powerful car. Though it's more inspiring with the V6 (you'll hear the same verdict with almost any family sedan), it's definitely a beautiful grocery getter.

ProsExtensive features list ConsNarrow Seats in front

Great Value Mid Size Sedan With Lots Of Features And European Styling. — The Honda Accord name has a reputation for quality engineering and is very well priced at a starting price point of approximately A$33,500, a considerably lower price than the major rivals, being the Mazda 6 and Subaru Liberty. It represents a solid value-for-money proposition, with standard features such as a vehicle stability assist, front and side airbags, a 6-disc CD stereo and dual zone climate control. Honda's 2.4 litre inline 4-cylinder engine stands up well against the 2.5-litre Liberty and 2.3-litre Mazda 6, generating a class-leading 140 kilowatts of power. An average fuel economy around 9.2L/100Km in City traffic, dipping to approx. 8.8L/100Km in out of town Freeway driving (auto model), it is quite miserly in the fuel stakes for this class of car. Although manufactured in Asia, it has a strong European feel in build and fittings and is a highly recommended mid size vehicle.
