Great Car Overall, Has Potential But Lacks The Engineering. Very Modifiable. — Fuel economy: Great! Handling: Above average; with suspension mods and Dunlop SP60's (passenger tire with an aggressive tread) I drive a lot of dirt roads ;) Power... ok. Surprised me the first couple times I punched it in bottom of 2nd. Ball joints are DANGEROUS! Tac weld some washers on top of them if you don't like trees, ditches, etc. 4 door model is decently roomy for 2 average sized people on a camping/whitewater kayaking trip. It's fun to drive, especially on back roads in the mountains. Primary Use: Commuting to work | ||

Good Car — performance good, braking good, good quality, fun to drive, nice handling, the SES version is the best the version, the reason: radio on steering and traction control, for the winter driving. The ABS works very welll too. i'll recommand it Primary Use: Commuting to work | ||

Buy One.......or Two — theres nothing bad about this car.it gets great fuel mileage (30-45) when driven conservatively.at 70 it gets 35-37.its a great car to commute with i usually get 400-450 from 3/4 of a tank of gas (i never run past a 1/4 tank).it has excellent power adn lots of reserve for when you need to pass on those long 2 lane highways (138). | ||

Good Backup Car — I got this car as a backup for when my regular vehicles are broken down, the car had been wrecked priore to my owning it so I knew would have some isues befor I bought it. Overall the car has been good to me. The main complaint I have is that the door handles are complete junk and are always braking. Primary Use: Commuting to work | ||

Love It ! — above average performance in all aspects(122 bhp-6500rpm 0-100km/h: 10.5 top speed: 210 km/h or 130 mph), great quality,low noise level at normal speeds, very few repairs (within logical mileage), stylish but not very fancy either, "thirsty" if driven fast, too fun to drive - the best on that pricetag if you ask me- always predictable though, whenever I'm in my focus no matter where I go I always want to drive it as fast as I can! because this is the way cars like this should be driven... I know there are much faster and much better cars than mine, I overtake them often LOL Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.) | ||

If Your Looking For A Cheap Way To Get About Town. A Focus Is The Way To Go — Great commuter car. Gets good fuel mileage in tow and highway. Its never left me stranded. Ive had to do relatively no major work to it other than normal maintenance. Its not a race car but its fun to take it out on the weekends and beat on it Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.) | ||

This Is An Excellent Car For Animal Owners! I Would Recommend This Car To Everyone. — I just bought my ford focus a few days ago... I love it. Great handling, smooth breaking, spacious interior.. Its perfect for my dog since the seats fold down. I was originally going to get a small suv because I like being able to put things in my car, but with this car I wont ever have that problem at all! Great for the city, easy to parallel park. Only complaint is some of the inside compartments are a little rattley. And there is a MAJOR blindspot on the drivers lefthand side. I like the simplicity of all the buttons.. Ive still got a 6cd changer, cruise control, and there are volume controls/radio seek on the side of the wheel, but they are all easy to operate. Its nice to have the bells and whistles of a 2010 car, but I dont want to feel like Im flying a spaceship! My car came with leather, which is high quality and a beautiful color. If you dont mind paying a little more, this would solve the upholstery issue everyone seems to have.
