Pros

Stow and Go seats are great!  I can load almost as much cargo into the back of the van with the seats down as I could my pickup.

Cons

While the power sliding doors are useful, paying $1400 to replace the wiring harnesses in both doors is a bit steep.

This Is A People Mover — As a minivan, I wasn't looking for high performance for anything besides safety and family utility. I found that, while it won't win many drag races, it will get up the ramp and on the highway in good time. It is a puller...good low end torque that will pull a trailer if needed (this particular van has the tow package). I've had few problems, but they can be pricey when they occur. I've owned a number of Chrysler products in the past and find the powertrains to be nearly bulletproof; and this van is no exception with the 3.8L. Gas mileage is average at best; 17-20 mpg in town and 24 or so on the highway. It has several power options: locks, windows, driver seat, dual zone and rear heat/ac. Is this van perfect? No, but it does serve my needs very well and I'm happy with it.

Great White Mini Van — Third one in 15 years so I highly recommend this min van. Always reliable and the new technology is great. The GPS has saved us several times and been wrong some too. Great for families with kids and single parents since it is so versatile.

Has Been Very Reliable. — The family found this vehicle very suitable for our needs. Minimal work needed other than routine maintenance. Stock sound system very nice. The reclining second row was helpful for the long trips. When buying that larger itiem, turns into a small cargo van. Lots of convenience.

Pros

Stow and Go is the reason I bought it, and I average over 20MPG, which is pretty good for a vehicle that can carry my family of 6.

Cons

This model doesn't have rear a/c.

Overall It's A Great Van, I Would Buy One Again. — I love my van, it does great on gas, has tons of cargo capacity and is very versatile. I use it as a daily driver and it has plenty of pickup for any traffic situation. I will be a Grand Caravan or T&C most likely for life.

Pros

I'm not a huge fan of Chrysler or Dodge, but I have been using this van since we bought it, and I have to say that Dodge and Chrysler have kind of redeemed themselves!! I love the way this van drives, it handles great, the seats are comfortable! They don't hurt my back,

Cons

the problem with the power door locks, however the internet made it very easy to fix!!!

Great Van/family Vehicle!! — I'm not a huge fan of Chrysler or Dodge, but I have been using this van since we bought it, and I have to say that Dodge and Chrysler have kind of redeemed themselves!! I love the way this van drives, it handles great, the seats are comfortable! They don't hurt my back. I don't care for leather seats too much because when I wear shorts the back of my thighs would stick to the seats, but I put a towel on the seat and all is good!!

Pros

Very roomy! I love the stow and go! Automatic doors are great too (when they work).

Cons

Cheap cheap cheap! You get what you pay for! Nothing lasts in this vehicle.  By the time I hit 100,000 miles, my water pump leaked, I changed the plugs and wires twice within a 6 month window, window motor on the driver side went out, door motor on the passenger sliding door went out, changed the EGR valve, changed the crackshaft positioning sensor and now the darn thing stutters and jerks when you hit 3500 RPMs....Not to mention, multi-disk changer has swallowed a few of my baby eistein movies, the dvd player doesn't work and I've got bad wiring to one of my map/dome lights.

I Hate It! — The only thing I like so far is the stow and go, although it's nook and cranny central for dirt and trash. The suspension is shot, nothing works anymore and I just hit 100,000 miles last Tuesday! Poor quality vehicle. I do not recomend buying a Chrysler Town and Country of any year! Invest a little more into something that will out last the payments!

Pros

If you have children, a minivan is top priority in my opinion. I have owned two over the last 20 years.

Cons

If you are looking for a gas friendly vehicle, then a minivan is not for you.

Overall The Van Has Been A Very Reliable And Convenient Vehicle For Our Family Of Five. — This van has been a reliable means of transportation for our family. We have been all over the eastern half of the United States in it and it has served it's purpose well. It is a comfortable van, the driver's seat is electronically adjustable. There is plenty of storage space and the rear seat as well as the captains seats all fold down if you need to haul something large. I have said in the description that the entertainment systems doesn't work, but it will work if you plug in a portable dvd player. Then you have two screens for viewing.

Average — Recommend extended warranty. A/C compressor, Alternator, Cat Coverter, Water pump all replaced at 4-5 years. Only 70K miles. Good for long trips, 2nd row bucket seats more for kids. Power doors work off and on. Gas mileage about 15-16 city and 20-21 Highway
