Gotta Love It! — I just love it! Performance is incredible! Quick acceleration, great braking and handling. Fuel filler door latch had to be replaced. Looks are superior. Tons of room for luggage. This car is so much fun to drive. I love it. Primary Use: Commuting to work

Can't Beat Owning A Corvette — Performance - acceleration. 30K miles and tight as a drum. Corsa exhaust, Cray wheels, black-outs. 18MPG/ city, 26-28 mpg highway. Only thing I'd change - the shifter is a little sloppy - 6spd, not an automatic. Not that I need it, but an attention getter. Primary Use: Commuting to work | ||

My Cobra's A Vette — The "looks" it generates. First year of the newest body style and the last year of the "LeMans Color". Look for excuses to drive it. Use it primarily in local car shows. Upon my initial ownership, found it had (2) broken wires in the harness, resulting in erroneous error of service the traction system. Clear Blue removable top squeeks now and then. Mileage is good, and Fun Factor is "OFF THE CHAIN ! Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.) | ||

Very Impressed — Bought a yellow 2005 conv used in Dec 08. It was very well cared for with many upgrades to include Corsa exhaust, Z51, ceramic brakes, HUD, 6 spd manual, Bose stereo and some other cosmetic touches. Have found, however, some minor electronic glitches that are very annoying. My Service Handeling System Light keeps coming on. I traced it to the Steering Wheel Position Sensor after much research. Believe I have it fixed, but what a pain to have the light come on in the dash every day. Also had the engine light come on and no code displayed. Cleared it by disconnecting the battery and reseting the system. In addition, the radio volume kept jumping all over the place. Tracked it to the auto speed adjustment for the radio volume. Dealer told me I would have to relace the head unit. Just turned it off with no other problems. I love the car, but the electric problems are a pain. Primary Use: Commuting to work | ||

Modified Corvette C6 — Awesome car to drive, it goes from 0-100 km/h in 4.2 sec, top speed of 300 km/h and take corners at high speeds. It has a 6L V8 engine with +450HP after a few modification's. Looks great, sound awesome and is just lots of fun to drive unless roads are wet because then it is not possible to get enough traction. | ||

ProsLS2 engine- uses same bolt patterns of LS1 and LS6 etc. Near 50/50 weight distribution and suspension geometry- neutral in corners depending on front/rear tire selection. Seating- 6 axis bucket seats hold you quite well; with adjustments to suit your figure. ConsLaminate issues- roof and b-pillar are glued to a frame. Leather Shift Knob- very slippery with wet hands. Leaf Springs!?- Nonetheless they get the job done very well.

2005 Chevrolet Corvette Z51 -modified — I love it! Great chassis, amazing engine, great ergonomics, good stereo; I couldn't be more pleased with such a car. 25 additional thousand dollars in well spent mods' and you have a very able car. One that mixes it up with many of the worlds top Supercars. From a racing standpoint it's as simple as that. | ||

2005 Corvette — I loved driving the car the fit and finish is perfect. I do have a few complaints about the car though. The Cost of maintenance is too high. Things were constantly breaking and they are not cheep to replace. My only other performance complaint is the clutch. It was spongy and very inconsistant. I ended up selling it because of all the problems I was having on it but I think that it is safe to say that I would love to own another one. I would just never buy another used one. | ||
