Cadillac Sts — This car is a very classy car with some performance numbers that would put a crown vic to shame. I don't know what to think if all other sedans make this thing look good or if this thing makes them look bad. I got one of these on an entrance ramp with my dad and it was at 90 mph before we started to merge into traffic. How you ask well its all in the powerplant for this classy well behaved beast. A 32 valve Northstar V-8 powers this beast and while it may be thirsty its worth it.

Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.)

Pros

Delicious looks, great engine (4200lb luxo rice burner), plush interior with lots and lots of features: heat/cool seats, 14 speaker Bose 5.1 Studio Surround, Nav, one-touch windows all around, almost everything you could ask for.

Cons

AWD trans needs reflashed after 20k miles for jerking (only once and cheap), glove-box.

Stellar Deliciousness — Northstar V8 LH2 320hp / 315lb-ft AWD 5 speed auto (2005) 4200lbs 17/24mpg 0-60 under 6 seconds Bose 5.1 Studio Surround (14 speakers) Only disappointment in the interior is the somewhat creaky plastic trim between the two front seats.. everywhere else is spectacular.

Sweet Ride! — Nice looking, great driving; no real problems, burn a bit of oil but knew that upon buying her... still very happy and love the drive. One more thing if needing a paint job, being 3 stage paint process it becomes expensive.

It Comes From Future — Cadillac doesn't need too much words. It looks like an UFO, you feel the power. You can spinning even TCS on. you must turn TCS on when you are driving wet or dirt roads if not it is not easy to control. There is everything what you need inside of the STS but it is drinking gas and you should think about the taxes if you are living in Turkey or the country takes expensive taxes for V8 engines.

Pros

Fun to drive, numerous amenities, reliable Northstar

Cons

The car and engine in particular are both built to last a long time, but when things need replaced, the parts are expensive when compared to those for a Chevy Impala.

Great Car To Own; Don't Buy New Because Of Depreciation. One Can Own A Lot More Car For Less Money. — The car could easily take part in the Fast and the Furious. While no repairs have been needed, the build quality inside looks kind of cheap for a 50K+ MSRP. Some trim parts look like cheap plastic. Otherwise, interior and exterior styling is on or above par. When compared to my Eldorado, city MPG for this car is around 20.5; I have not had a chance to test highway MPG but I'm guessing it'll be in the upper 20's given my driving habits. The car, with DSC, is very fun to drive.
