Pros

Nice ride, classy look,

Cons

tire rods creak now and then, water pump needs changed already with only 50k, not good in the snow, not much room.  If you like roomy cars go with the DTS

Smooth — I like this car and the only thing I have had to do to this car is change the oil. It is a bit expensive being only synthetic oil. The water pump is leaking lightly, but still going strong. I like this car but I could use some more room. I have put over 30k on it in two years and nothing has gone wrong. It runs like a top. The parts are very expensive to replace!

Pros

Nice Styling and good performance. Great mileage.

Cons

Too much plastic finish inside. Constant brake work. Transmission going out (50k miles).

2005 Cadillac Cts 3.6l — Good acceleration, fair braking, good handling. Fair build quality (transmission will need work soon @ 50k miles) Good exterior styling, fair interior styling (a little too much plastic) Suprisingly good gas mileage (25MGP average 40%City/60%HWY). Brakes needs regular attention. Fun car to drive!

Love Cadillac — Made quite a few minor improvements and enjoy the car much more than when I first bought it. Nav touch display screen, along with blacking out a few parts of the car to give it a different look than other CTS on the road.

Fun, Super-quiet, Sporty Sedan — Love the performance and experience. I especially enjoy driving this car in traffic or on the freeway, as the ride is so smooth and effortless. This car is not for those with large families, as the back seat does not provide a ton of space, but still can seat 4 quite comfortably. I would recommend this for those who want to have a car that gets from A to B with some flair.

Pros

Comfortable on long rides, ice cold A/C, powerful but quiet, agile for a luxury car, and a good all-around car.

Cons

Was sort of slow to react and it did cost A LOT to repair anything. And things went wrong sort of often. But normally small things. If you didn't get a hold of the memory package quick, it got REALLY obnoxious.

Fun But Too Pricey — This car has been one of my favorites, and I definitely would have kept it if it hadn't been so expensive. I'm glad I got a clean trade for it. I may have downgraded in luxury. But it is much les expensive to maintain a Chevy rather than a Cadillac.

Pros

CAN get 34 MPG on the Highway, when you hit the sport button, it gets up and moves.
It handles amazing with the sport tires, good to look at, and is super comfortable

Cons

It does only get about 15MPG in the city, and the maintenance isn't as cheap as my other cars. But I have only had old beaters that I've worked on myself, like a Crown-Vic.

And dear lord is it hot inside when it gets above 90. The leather makes it terrible. But cools down pretty quick.

Everything I Want, Besides The 556hp Cts-v Engine. :p — I like how all the windows are automatic going down, and the front two are going up as well. ;) I have driven from the east coast to the mid-west, 1500 Miles, and It was a very easy, comfortable ride, my legs weren't stiff, I enjoyed being in the car more than out, except for sight seeing, and I averaged high 20's 25-29MPG throughout the trip. Once it got flat I started getting 30+. Love this car.

I Want To Buy Another Cadillac After Selling This One! — This car handles and drives like a sports car and with the six speed manual transmission its also fun, I also like how its quit on the highway and great fuel mileage to boot. I will be buying another Cadillac in the future, because this one has been such a great experience.

Cheap interior build quality.

05 Cts Sport — Interior build quality is what lacks on this car. It looks good but the materials feel kind of cheap. Nothing has gone wrong on the car since I had it for over 30k miles. Interior is starting to rattle a bit but nothing too bad. Still has the original brakes with 86k miles.. impressive. Car is very fun to drive, gets around 23 MPG average.

Always Wanted A Caddy — Very fun to drive, a few craftsmanship and quality issues, as I would have expected more from Cadillac, sucks a little too much gas but I don't drive far to work, love the service from the dealership, and is probably the sharpest car I've ever had, back in black!! I would highly recommend it to anyone that's ever wanted a Cadillac.
