ProsGreat driving machine!! Handles well, performs well. Love this car. ConsVery expensive upkeep. A set of run flat tires for it cost $1200. Even a simple oil change is 200 due to the synthetic oil. Also needs premium gas and gas prices are terrible.

Awesome Driving Car. — Like everything, love the cost of maintaining it. It looks good it is very comfortable. Has heated seats that are great in the winter., comfortable leather seating. The car drives so smooth you hardly know you are moving. In fact, I have had 8 speeding tickets in 2 years as a result of the how smooth this car drives. Car is fun to drive and it always turns heads! Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.)

You Won't Be Sorry. — This car is pure pleasure to drive. Strong and responsive especially with the Michelin Sport AS tires I just put on it. It handles so tight even at 100 mph. You will never be sorry you bought BMW. Jump in and get ahead of the crowd. Primary Use: Commuting to work

Bmw 5 Series Is Everthing It's Cracked Up To Be... — Cupholders suck! The I-drive takes some getting used to. Mileage is good, I average 27 mpg, car handles very tight. It's a very good car and I would buy another BMW. Service department treats you like a queen! Havent had to pay for a thing!! Primary Use: Commuting to work

Always Wanted One..sp I Did!! — BMW's are great but when they go wrong they can be a pain, buy a diesel as petrols are thirsty, stay away from high tech ones, you will sit at a BMW dealler more than in the drivers seat. these now look dated as 2011 model looks the biz Primary Use: Commuting to work

Love The Car, Now I Want An M5. :-) — I love this car, how it feels, handles & accelerates. Braking is awesome and spent a day on the track with a pro on how to drive really really fast. The only think that bugs me about the car are the squeaky door seals. It is annoying. Primary Use: Commuting to work

Lean Mean Teutonic Fighting Machine — Top notch sport sedan, plenty of power at all revs, excellent brakes and solid handling for a two ton ride. Nice seats, could use a few more features for a car of this price range. 24mpg on the highway, gas guzzler around town. Expensive to maintain, needs good mechanic. 55kmiles in less than 2 years

Love At First Sight In Austria Sometime Falls In 2003 — The best machine at it's class man ever made on Earth at this present time. Superb sports car handling for an executive sedan with long wheelbase. Fair maintenance cost with efficient fuel consumption as I travel a lot. Thanks to my magnesium engine.
