Pros

it has plenty of power in a naturally aspirated 2.0 liter engine with 210 horsepower stock. it is a sleek aggressive looking car and handles corners like a dream.

Cons

it has no back seat but then again they didnt build this car to haul a family around.

Impressive — over all i enjoyed having and driving this car. it had power where i needed it, it was reliable, and the handling seemed to have no end. this car amazed me and exceeded my expectations minus the lack of torque however the top end speed made up for it

Pros

Fun to drive, extremely practical hatchback design, cheap to own

Cons

not actually that fast, limited tuning potential at the limit, FF limitations

A Fun-to-drive, Sporty Yet Practical Hatchback — The key to this car is that it's fun to drive. Not necessarily all that fast but the urgency of the VTEC and 8,000rpm is incredibly addicting and fun. Handling is the best attribute of this car, although lowering it too much ruins the geometry. It's a honda so reliability and build quality are top notch. I personally like the way the RSX looks but thats purely subjective. Oh, the hatchback design is amazing, there is a TON of cargo space

Pros

Acceleration, handling, quality, appearance, brings a smile everytime you hit 8K

Cons

2nd gear wheelhop

Rsx-s - Greatest Fwd I4 — Solid performance in all areas, gets 0-60 in 6.5 in 3rd gear, solid till 130MPH in 5th. No major problems only the common 3rd gear grind and leaky lights (fixed by dealer for free) Looks gorgeous despite the tan interior, supportive seats and decent room. Gas mileage is good, premium recommended. Overall, I can drive my dad's E92 M3, then drive my RSX-S and wont be bored.

Pros

small but very roomy in the front seats, good handling, a fun car to
drive.

Cons

Different brakes than most newer acuras (at least ones ive driven),
they are not as touchy, back seat has very little leg room, hatchback is
kind of annoying since its not an actual trunk it has a handle like a
third door.
AND its a very expensive car to insure. its in the top 10 of most
expensive cars to insure.

Lower End Luxury, Fun To Drive. — I love my car. It was a great choice for a first car. I have been in one accident, and haven't had it fixed, but you can barely tell. Mine has a leather interior, automatic transmission(i would recommend manual tho), and a sunroof.

My Baby — Had my rsx for years now and would most likely never give it up as this model is discontinued. Love the bucket seats, leather but most importantly Ive never had to worry about any mechanical problems. Best car Ive owned yet.

Pros

Quick, bucket seats, design of interior.

Cons

It's a stick shift and I deal with a lot of "stop and go" traffic. The factory paint job (red) is now a nightmare! It looked gorgeous until about 3 years ago. Now it's half pink and half red.

Sporty And Reliable — Maintenance costs are average, except my driver's side power window died and I was told that it would cost $350 to fix it. They said the parts for the Type-S window motor & regulator would cost about $300. This was not a dealer quote. There are some blind spots which make it difficult to see, especially when you're in a median and trying to pull out into traffic. Overall it's a great car to have if you don't have to deal with constant traffic and you don't plan on having more than 1 passenger. The look of the car is very sporty and stands out.

2005 Rsx Type S — Performance: Over all, 10/10, nothing more I could ask from a stock K20Z1. Build Quality: No complaints, at all. Appearance: One of the best looking sport coupe's out there, interior is flawless. Cost of Ownership: Not bad at all, should run on 93 octane gas though as most sportier cars should Fun Factor: 10/10, extremely fun to drive.

Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.)
