A Good Low-end Sports Car That Is Still Competitive On The Road — The Eclipse GTS (MT) that I drive is a light weight sports machine - very quick to take off from zero and easy to cut through traffic and through corners. Highly reliable for me all along so far and no problems except the clutch wore out by 60K (luckily flywheel was safe) - plenty of pedal-to-the-metal type of action, so it was understandable. It really lacks the rear wheel drive option, but the car is still fun to drive, once had a top speed of 143mph on the I-15N while approaching Vegas. Primary Use: Commuting to work

It's Been Great So Far... — Well it's stock at the moment.. lol I actually think it's a pretty fun car to drive... Victoria looks pretty good in it ;) hahah!! 2004 Eclipse — The car has pretty good performace stock shiftronic transmission, I got the car used with 30k miles on it ive been driving it pretty hard ive had it for about a year and put almost 40k on it and it still runs great, Looks are objective but to me the car is beautiful i have always wanted one and now i got it, gas milage is pretty good especially for my 45 minute commute everyday the V6 helps me out there and as i stated earlier repaires have been a non factor not considering regular oil changes and general upkeep and i love driving it i love the shiftronic option so i can be more aggresive if i want to be or just relax Primary Use: Commuting to work | ||

More Road Noise Than I Am Used To — I have not owned a car like this before, so I do not know what to expect for road, wind noise. The cup holders are inconvenient. It is really fun to drive and I bought it because I live in Montana and needed a fun car with front-wheel drive. I am loving it so far, only owned it for a couple of months now!
