2004 FIAT Punto Review
ProsGreat for parking with city steering mode, ample luggage space, could be transformed into a van with the rear seats down, good handling, good breaking, fuel economy is excellent. Comfortable to drive. ConsWould prefer a more powerful but less economical engine. Take care of the headlamp plastic cover, clean it regularly or it would get smeared by time.

ProsLooks, (inside and out), steering, room inside car, and toughness ConsSlow speed and slow accelerating.

Heavy, Slow Accelerating, Handles Well, And Solid. — The overall size of the car inside is a lot better than it's competitors, the looks are good, however falls short on the performance front. If you're looking for a car to trundle around in, that looks good, hold lots of things and gives a smooth ride, then this is ideal, but if you're looking for extra bursts of speed in this size bracket, this is not for you. |

ProsFuel economy, engine performance, looks, brakes ConsSeats, handling

Good Choice For Low Price Range Car — Reliable small town car. One of the best MPG's out there (47). Good looks and great breaks are definitely a plus. On the other side, poor handling, and not so good driving position are downsides. Engine performance is very good (common rail diesel 1.3 engine), smooth drive troughout all the gears. Primary Use: Commuting to work |

ProsI can't tell anything negative, because this is a real city car, and what is more important - not expensive! ConsI kind of hate this stock look, sometimes it makes me bored.

Fiat Punto Mk2b - Cheap And Fun :) — It's not very fast, but he can stand big curves. Acceleration is good for that type of engine. I haven't done any mods, but it looks nice and I'm proud to have it! Fuel economy is just great! I would like to put on some stylish wheels, but I don't have to hurry.. Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.) |

Proshigh mpg,low insurance, low road tax Consboot space could be a bit bigger

2004 Fiat Punto 1.3 Multijet Turbo Diesel — this is very nearly the best car i have ever owned,if only it felt as sturdy and sure footed as the 2001 fiesta i traded against it.but,in its defence,it is returning a regular 60 mpg,is only group 3 insurance and only £35/year road tax. this car is equally at home zipping around town or munching up the motorway miles. |

Not Bad — ok, it's not a real sport car, but i have the HGT version and it's not bad, you can have some fun, good performance and handling for the category, good breaking. Interior well done, my car is 4 years old and no weird "sounds" inside the car. Cheap in diesel. |
