Pros

Just an overall awesome truck to drive, no worries of getting stuck anywhere,  the 4wd is 100% reliable.  The suspension could be better,  it is a bit stiff but it is a truck so no complaining. Its a gaseater but the 5.7hemi sounds and performs amazing.

Cons

Rocky suspension, uses tons of gas

Awesome Truck, I Want Another — Suspension problems, havnt yet experience the so called death wobble, i don't plan on it. I keep up with the repairs it needs like the tie rods, linkage, steering, ball joints, u joints etc, that's probably why i havnt had to many problems.

Pros

huge amount of room in the cabin, huge fuel tank

Cons

truck likes to drink, parking

The Almost Perfect Truck — this truck is great because its the heavy duty version with the Cummings turbo diesel. the interior is a little on the cheaper side but its roomy. this truck hauls a 25 ft cape horn boat and you really don't notice a lot of difference in its response except when braking or accelerating. The major down side to this truck is trying to park it. if the parking happens to be tight or close quarters you might want to just go park across the street unless you have experience with bigger trucks.

Primary Use: Utility (towing boats, transporting cargo, etc.)

Pros

Excellent power with Cummins diesel. Good brakes. Very reliable. Plenty of room for passengers in the quad cab. Tight steering makes the truck a breeze to handle.

Cons

Diesel can be problematic in cold climates like New England - gelling, etc. Body tends to rust out before any powertrain problems occur (especially in snowy climates). HVAC is overly complicated, so repairing it is frustrating and costly when it fails.

Best Truck I've Ever Owned. — This is a fantastic truck. It has had nearly zero repairs over the many years I have owned it. It has over 250k miles and is still kicking. The Cummins diesel engine is extremely powerful yet provides excellent fuel economy considering the weight of the truck. It comfortably fits three children in the back seats, one of which is in an infant car seat. I will definitely buy another Ram like this when the time comes.

Its An Ok Truck — well its load and sorta fast and man it sounds good when its under a load and the turbo spools up on it but with all that comes about 24 miles to the gallon the factory stereo is ok but if you just add an aftermarket head unit it really brings out the sound in the speakers, the paint on my truck is kinda chipping it looks like it happened from the previous owner and if you gonna get a diesel get ready to spend money on your oil changes cause 14 quarts of oil aint cheap

I Love My Truck. — Well it isn't an 06 but It is sweet, I could use some more go fast parts and a few more accessories but I am content with what I have, I want more smoke, some stacks and a lift. But overall I am very happy with the truck.

Great Truck And Fun To Drive — It has leather heated seats, big front and rear bumper, 18in rims, a Bully Dog performance chip, a 5in exhaust all the way back, it is an amazing drive in the summertime, but in the winter, you can forget about it, the tires dont get any traction, an upgraded tranny, it gets 25-28 miles per gallon, also, in the front bumper, the front has an ingraved IH logo, and it lights up red because of the LED lights under the logo, and its of course a Cummins Turbo Diesel.

Pros

Great for towing, transporting large cargo (hay, grain, etc.), and having a little fun in

Cons

It's a gas guzzler

All Around Great Truck — This truck is great it has the 5.7 liter hemi engine great acceleration, braking and handling for a truck the interior is in mint condition and so is the exterior the maintenance isn't bad depending on what it is, but it is a gas guzzler just like almost any truck is This truck can be loads of fun and it can also buckle down and tow the horse trailers and the campers it needs to

Dodge — Best Truck I have ever owned. I have had few issues, all covered under warranty. I added a Bully Dog Down Loader and will take just about any car or truck on the road. 0-60 in about 5.5 seconds for an 8,000 lb truck. 525 horse power and 800 lbs of torque
