2004 Dodge Intrepid SE Trim Overview

2004 marks the last year for the Dodge Intrepid, and there were very few changes in any of its trims.  The base model SE is a great affordable family car that offers adequate acceleration and engine power, plus a very comfortable ride, and plenty of room for kids in the back seat.

Standard features include a 2.7-liter, 200-hp V6 engine, 4-speed auto tran, 16-inch steel wheels, air conditioning, lighted entry, center console, power windows and locks, and tilt steering wheel.  Add options such as ABS brakes, front side airbags, cruise control, rear split bench, and power sunroof.  The Intrepid SE is admired for its roomy interior and comfortable seating arrangement.  Gas mileage and handling are always mentioned as plusses.  Drawbacks are an underpowered 2.7 V6 and small trunk opening.
