Pros

Large seating capacity and cargo area, comfortable ride, LED tail lights and powerful engine.

Cons

Repairs can be expensive and I noticed a significant increase in my insurance cost on this vehicle.

Smooth, Sleek Luxury Sedan With Power To Spare. — This is my 3rd Cadillac and it has not disappointed. The power and handling are impressive for a car or this size and weight class. I think most people who are commenting on the "size" of this car must be a bit younger and did not grow up driving large vehicles. Lets just say that this is one of the last truly full size luxury sedans out there and does exactly what it was meant to do... The overall handling and performance is more than adequate. The Northstar engine is very fast off the mark considering the weight it has to move and the braking is excellent assuming you do your maintenance. (don't skimp and buy the cheep brake pads...remember you're stopping over 4,000lbs!) The exterior/interior styling is what you expect from Cadillac and everything is laid out with the driver in mind. The ride is smooth and quiet. I especially appreciate the heated and cooled seats as I live in a northern climate ans have a dark gray interior. Overall a great car, excellent safety features, drives and handles nicely and looks good too!

Pros

Condition: Like new, garage kept, nonsmoker.  It has every convenience known to man including heated and cooled seats even with lumbar massaging for front seats.  OnStar, phone, Bose sound, even vanity mirrors and privacy screens for rear seat passengers.

Cons

Biggest con is gas milage but for 26 on the road and 18 in town is probably not that bad for such a nice riding car.

Wife Should Have Kept The Car. I Will Do Everything Her New One Does. — One of the best trip cars I've riden in. However, a bit hard for me (6' 2") to get low enough to get in and out. Really quite and smooth ride. Perfect for ladies who need a smooth and safe ride.

2004 Cadillac Deville — A big car for a big man/woman or family. Luxury, comfort and prestige. Very reliable with the exception of the window regulators. I've had to replace window regulators on every Cadillac sedan I have every owned including 3 on this model.

Good For Cadillac Lovers, Not For Anyone Else — First off this car is a whale and its noticable. Lane changes must be done with great care as this car's girth creates massive blind spots. The same applies when backing out and parking in tight spaces. The engine, Northstar V8, has plenty of power to propel this mastodon quickly enough, but of course fuel economy is not this car's strong suit. Passenger and luggage space are however as the trunk can best be described as cavernous and the seats are comfortable. This car also has amenities galore though the layout is not always logical. All in all this car is best suited for long distance cruising but don't expect a nimble performance sedan.
