Prosthe looks, the acceleration, airbag suspension kit Conshaven't found a reason to avoid this car yet

Mercedes Benz E270 Is The Best Car I've Owned So Far — 500,000 km driven and still going strong! Has had it's problems (it had a problem where it just stopped accelerating when it felt like it, for an example) but they've all been fixable. Currently works just fine and it's a fun car to drive, especially when I'm with friends and we're just driving around for fun purposes. So far everyone I've let behind the wheel have been very satisfied with how the car drives and feels like. Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.)

ProsSpeed, build quality, performance, looks, massive brakes Conscost of ownership, 7mpg, speed limiter at 155mph

E55 — Absolutely love the car. Could use more power. 500hp isnt enough. Cost of ownership is kind of high, but well worth the car. Twisties, straight line, braking, and ride performance is fantastic. My dream car. Every time i get in the car, a drive is an event. Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.)

Benz Is Better — This is my 2nd one looking to upgrade to a "S" in the near future. I can't say enough good things about my "E320". It's taken me where ever I've wanted to go without any problems. Rooming and comfortable in every way. Primary Use: Family transportation

ProsThe car has a special order with the split folding rear seats. The color is great. Looks jade in the daylight and black at night. Heated stearing wheel and seats are great in the winter or chilly days. Car has great acceleration and brakes. ConsLeather seats have some cracks.

Owner — I loved the split fold seats when going to business meetings with supplies. The sun roof help cool me off when the air conditioner was too much. The speed and handling is there when getting on the beltway. The car was very dependable and was on towed two or three times and once was from a flat tire on 295. I love the color and size of the car. Primary Use: Commuting to work

ProsThe Gadgets ConsThe noise from the Windshield Wipers

I Love This Car But I Know I Am Going To Miss My Hummer Come Winter '11 — The car boogies when you need it but you'll pay for punching it when you get to the pump. About 70 and change to fill it up. But it is definitely fun to drive especially in the Sport with the suspension button stiffened.

ProsIt is smooth when you drive ConsLosing value.

Very Good — I love this car. I bought brand new and i keep it until now. Never had major problem. I try to save money to trade it for a new model. I normally bring this car to dealer for maintainance. I am trying to look for a good Mercedes shop for repair in the future. In the past, i brought my car to the European imports car repair shop, they gave me an estimate and i checked with the dealer. It turns out it costs a lot cheaper than that shop. I was really surprise. Primary Use: Commuting to work

I'll Buy A Lexus Ls Next — Very expensive to maintain (ball joint, door solenoid, cheap interior chrome, etc.); but, great milage, excellent acceleration & handling. Paint on roof can't handle the California sun - its fading - BAD (2003) and the rubber components are of poor quality. BUT, my wife loves the thing, so want can I say.......? ProsQuality appearance and overal performance ConsIdiosyncracy (MILD) of electronic control of brakes and throttle at very very low speed

An Understated Quality Comfortable Abe Ride. — Purschased new and optioned out this is still a great car seven years later and I have no urge to replace it. The electronic brake and throttle could have been refined better at parking speeds. The 320 V6 is just fine for 90% of the driving. For that 10% I have a Porsche Boxter, another find car.
