Great Car — Performance is impressive for a V6, while getting 28 MPG! No squeaks or rattles (only 30K miles) One of the most recognizable cars on the road Great gas mileage Fun car to drive, but wish it had a v-8

Primary Use: Family transportation

Pros

Handling, power, roomy, comfortable, nice stereo, fuel efficient 550-600 hwy kms, city 500 from full

Cons

Headlights, dimmer switch,  pre-mature clearcoat failure

2003 Monte Carlo Ls Review — Many people along with me have been complaining about the clearcoat coming off, clearcoat sucks..already need a paint job. Would have liked to see more HP in the LS model. Interior dash light dimmer switch went on it far too early. It handles well, performs good, lots of room inside. A weak point is the headlights..should be stronger. The ride is comfortable. The stock cd player and speaker set up sounds really nice.

Best I've Ever Owned. — I bought this car new when the retro style was introduced in 2012. It has been a great car. I now also own a 2005 Monte Carlo and am planning to buy a third. It is very comfortable and quiet with plenty of power even with the smaller V-6.

Loved It Since I Drove It Off The Showroom Floor 8n Years Ago — an awesome car that you don't see on the street every day! great looks and handling and has been reliable since I bought it. goodyear ended the yellow letter eagle 1 tires after the production year, so I had to opt for eagle replacements at about 45,000 miles

My Ss — hendricks racing edition ss, rides great, leather seats with seat warmers ,sunroof, very nice design, not box shaped like most newer cars, very cheap to buy suprisingly, blue, stock flames on the front (tehe) interior very easy to keep clean and vacuum .... very fun to drive and handles great on the road overall just a nice car

Cons

be careful of the engine had a bad cylinder at 89 thousand

All Around Not Bad — performance- brakes are a little weak but the handling is excelent it could turn on a dime Performance- its defineatlely not on the light side so the standard v6 has a little more weight to pull around speed- not super fast comfort- super spacious its an awesome cruiser
