Pros

easy to work on, good stock sound system

Cons

fuel economy

95

Subaru Outback — it was a nice car, though the full time all wheel drive sucked fuel economy. The sound system was amazing, however, and general maintenance was SUPER easy. It was the first car that I got a lot of seat time in and overall, it was pretty fun.

Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.)

Pros

I love limited version but overall Subaru makes great cars.

Cons

I don't like that mine came with a 4 cylinder it's a little weak when fully loaded with a roof rack but then again it gets great gas mileage.

Best Car I Have Ever Owned! — I would never get another brand of car again, it is the best car in the snow and rain I have ever driven. I get 27.5 MPG highway and 23 city and it is true balanced all wheel drive. It has over 180,000 miles and still runs like it's brand new and my grandmother had her Subaru Legacy for over 255,000 miles before someone wrecked into her I have heard them running up to 450,000 miles before and that's what I intend to get out of mine.

Pros

All Wheel Drive, Airbags, Lots of room under chassis to go over bumps and rocks,  solid to drive in any weather and road condition

Cons

Understeer at high speeds and heavy braking, not gas efficient, not a particular good looking car

35

Great Car All-around — I love this car. Great to drive in the city and up in the mountains. Whether it's raining, snowing, gravel, dirt, or paved roads you can expect it to perform as you need it. Have to learn how to drive an AWD car though, it does not behave like other "normal" cars at high speeds or on different road conditions. Once you know how to drive it properly, there is almost no place you can't reach with this car!

Good Overall — 205bhp,the car great clearance for a small suv, has a wonderful ride. does tend to have a ackword breathing noise when the air is on. the car is a excellant car though to drive and to experiance the outback in any city/country areas.

Pros

AWD, ABS. decent gas milage, and longevity

Cons

less than 30 mpg highway, tad underpowered at 0-10

35

Good, Long Lasting, Roomy Car — good car, subaru is a long lasting, good milage car that has an unusual engine setup. easy to change oil and air filters and easy access to all major emgine components. all in all, a good car to start learning to drive with, as it doesn't slide on wet roads, and it doesn't run away if you press too hard on the ACC.

Would Buy It Again — This vehicle does everything except tow a load. It is a reliable vehicle that has been used hard and has rarely needed repair. I can always fit everything I need to fit into this car (including my dog) for every type of trip necessary and have never wished this car was larger.

Pros

leather, wood, moonroof, great stock stereo

Cons

brakes should be larger, wish the wheels were sportier looking

95

2002 Subaru Outback L.l. Bean Edition Wagon — I wish the brakes were a little better...I just wish they were bigger size brakes. It's pretty quick, considering that it's an automatic, All Wheel Drive, and it holds a bunch of stuff. The stereo is stock, except for the Pioneer AVIC-N3 GPS/AV headunit. It has two large moonroofs, although only the rear moonroof slides open; the front just tilts. The paint is cool, because it has purple chips embedded in the black metallic, so it pops when it is sunny. It gets pretty good gas mileage, even when you floor it. The styling is pretty nice, but understated. The interior is very nice with mahogany trim and two-tone leather seats. The handling is nice too and handles nicely even at higher speeds. I reccomend this car and I would buy another Subaru.

Reliable And Fun — Love the AWD w/ boxer engine superior handling never leaves the road in any weather condition or any speed. Very functional. the car could use some more clearance which has been improved upon in latter models. Im defiantly going to buy another subaru

Cons

Love My Sueb — Subaru's are awesome. This car is a sporty 4 door sedan with power everything. Heated seats, mirrors, windshield wipers. It's All wheel drive, Auto. Even with over 130,000 miles I would take it any where I need to go, even on the logging roads and old country roads. I love this car.

Pros

Very good for outdoor activities. Big Trunk for equipment and also you can put things on the roof of the car.
Very practical for families with kids who require a lot of stuff.
Perfect for college students too (I would know I am one right now)

Cons

Probably not the hottest car out there.

Very Reliable — I like how smooth it runs, gas expenses are really low for the distances I drive daily. The braking is good, acceleration is average after all it isn't a sports car and it has a small engine. The steering wheel is also very smooth, easy to drive.
