It's Not An Evo But It's Definitely Got The Potential... — For being a 1.5 SOHC 4cyl. it can get up and go! Being the predecessor to the lancer, it has some perks that might not seem evident at a stop light. For starters, the car weights under 2500 pounds making the little 4 run like a 6. The 5 speed tranny is also pretty peppy; the close ratio gears make shifting swift and smooth. All in all I wouldn't underestimate this car- even for having 105hp any street rookie shouldn't try to take one of these on. The brilliant blue paint pretty much sums it up: this pocket rocket is ready to go!! Wow I sound like a guy from car and driver or somethin! lol Anyways, in the future I want to swap this motor for the LS version or even a lancer motor and tranny, also turbo headers, suspension, aero parts, etc |
