Pros

Torque Monster, Run all day with 12,000 pounds tied to the back, roomy interior

Cons

Gas milage around the city, so large its hard to navigate small parking lots

Workhorse — Can haul a load and still have a lot of room for family. 7.3 Lt. design is simple and dependable. This is a great highway hauler, as it is 2 wheel drive. This is a big truck, and can be difficult in small places. Not a good truck for driving around the city. 7.3 Dependable day in and day out, now over 12 years old, no major issues.

Primary Use: Utility (towing boats, transporting cargo, etc.)

Great For Construction And Hauling Materials — Great truck, a bit oversized for my current need When it comes to heavy-duty pick 'em ups. Match your needs to the truck with the most capability to meet them, and you're all set. If you're a Ford kind of guy or gal with big loads to haul or tow, the F-250 Super Duty pickup will handle up to 8,800-pounds GVWR or a 14,500-pound fifth-wheel trailer. Safety Pros Rugged construction, multiple configurations, competent off-road capabilities, 14,500-pound fifth-wheel trailer capacity. Cons stiff ride when not loaded.

Love My Truck! — What else can be said other than this truck has a 7.3L diesel, IMHO the best motor Ford ever put in a pickup. The truck is comfortable on a trip, although the engine doesn't make for a quiet ride. It hauls the camper, pulls motorcycles, boats, horses...anything I need to.

The Truck To Have!! — This truck is one Ford can really say is built "Ford Tough" any one that has owned a truck with the 7.3 turbo Diesel and moved on to the 6.0, 6.4 and the now 6.7 wish they had there 7.3 back!! it performs. Great appearance love the color inside and out and for it to be 3/4 super duty smooth ride.

Pros

For long distances not great on gas, but its understandable... it's not a prius.

Cons

Lot of power and great on snow

Strong Ford! — Great truck, very reliable... overall a lot of power, maintenance like every other american vehicle: not expensive to maintain or repair. Spacious and safe for the family but still great for the every day work. Great pick up for towing or plowing.

2002 Lariat F250 Great Truck — I like the truck as a family and travel car. Great space, runs well with lots of power on the road. I don't like when you have to park in a small parking in lot. It makes about 12.5 miles per gallon.

Awesome — Awesome big truck. will pull most anything. The 7.3 diesel is one of the best motors ever made. Has a great back seat, very roomy. This truck rides really well for being a super duty towing truck. Great fuel millage too.

Love My Truck! — I definetly would buy another truck like this. If I lived where the roads were smooth, I am sure I would have less problems with it. Nothing MAJOR has gone wrong but things rattle more the longer you drive over big pot holes. Love the COLD ac and quickness of it. Has been a great truck overall!

Good Truck — Good overall truck for towing and 7.3 L powerstroke gets the job done. I am expierencing transmission problems, but for the year model of the truck some problems are expected. White in color with automatic trasmission and 2WD. leather seats

I'd Buy It All Over Again — Great truck, 7.3L Diesel has more power than you'll need. Great on the road, well built. I've only had minor repairs needed. My only complaint is rust above both rear fenders which just recently started. Looks like both fender panels will have to be replaced, but the truck is still well worth the investemnt. 139K miles, just getting broken in.
