Pros

Excellent power, and Trans-Am handling....

Cons

Build quality isn't the greatest, and you do pay for it everytime there is a problem.

Not Bad. — I like the car for being a driver...it's more than a point A to point B car. Handling is great, and power comes on strong for a small 6. Gas miles are almost 30 mpg on trips, and there is plenty of storage. Wish build quality was better so don't compare this car to a Honda. Price was good, but you pay for that price difference later when problems arise. All in all, I like the car but won't recommend it to a friend.

Pros

4 cyl. = not too much gas
fully equiped (electric windows, cruise, block heater etc.)
enough space for four or even five people
great handling
what a trunk !!! OMG ! What will I put in my car today ? Large screen TV ?   A big stroller ? My entire book collection ? Well all of that if you want! A house movin is so simple with a sebring 2002 !
starts both winter and summer as well !!!

Cons

brakes weakness (the four ones has been changed already)
nice red paint but... easy to scratch
plastic bumpers, it is so plastic !
parking brake freezes sometimes during winter

Review Of My Car : Chrysler Sebring Lx 2002 — My car is red like the picture above but the interior is sable, which is rare because this combination of colors (red/sable) was in limited quantity in Canada (I've heard...). I've put some style blankets on the back seat to improve the look of the interior, but everything is like it was in 2002, so no problems. This car was made for long rides, it needs to. However, my car mileage is low for the year.

Not The Best, Chrysler All Around Sucks — I really hate this car. It has pretty good performance but it just sucks in looks and its way to low, you feel like your dragging your butt on the ground. I would only recomment this car to someone with a family that doesnt want to spend that much money.

Pros

- nice looking car, sporty with good handling characteristics

Cons

- it's poorly engineered with it's 2.6l V6 DOHC:
- not designed well for repairs: fuel pump is in the gas tank, battery inside the front bumper, another repair had to have the engine jacked up inorder to access and repair an inexpensive part.
- engine in this car is poorly designed and usually only lasted for about 200k.

The Newer Ones Loose It's Only Benefit Which Was Looks. — good car, but poorly designed for everyday use and repairs. It's low slung design didn't suit boat launches, but it handles extremely well. It was bought used as a stopgap to avoid buying 2 new cars in one year. Thanks

Pros

A lot of fun to drive

Cons

Not much in aftermarket parts.

02 Sebring Lx — 2.7L 6 Cylinder. Great acceleration and decent speed. My only complaint about the performance is lack of 5th gear/overdrive because it is pushing 3 grand around 65-70mph. No major repairs have been needed except a fault alternator last year. I love the styling. It has an aggressive but elegant appearance. It is not really high maintenance. I have not had much done in repairs. It gets regular oil changes and the bit. Mileage is about 23 city 28 highway. I love driving this car. It has great handling and response.

I Am Planning On Purchasing Another With The 2.5 Liter Engine — 2.7 liter engine is horific. had to be replaced after 141000 miles. Every other car i have owned was well over 250000. Took great care of this vehicle but the engines stinks. It did get 27-29 mpg in daily driving. Everything else about this car is well above average!

Pros

Great stereo, smooth ride

Cons

Makes unexplainable noises, Pillars are fading

02 Sebring Lx — Can't stand the strange "jetsons" noise it's always had, kinda looks like an old lady's car on the inside with the wooden dash. I love driving it, the stock stereo was awesome, but I'm close to blowing speakers. Overall, I like my car. Godo on gas, and I hardly ever have to do anything maintenance-wise to it, besides routine stuff.

Absolutely Love This Car. More Than Any Other Car I Have Ever Even Driven(in The Summer At Least) — the performance is outstanding for a car placing out less than 250HP.. although i think mine is probably pushing close to that now. build quality is mechanically sound. perfectly sound. although my front bumper cracked quite easily haha. the appearance is like sex. i just want to sit and stare at it all day long :). cost of ownership is LOW LOW LOW, im getting 30+ mpg in the summer and around 25mpg in the winter. FUN FUN FUN FUN FUN FUN FUN!
