Cabrio — th performance of the Volkswagen cabrio is a daccelerating car having the engine of the golf. the build quality is excellent with a few squeaks. the appearance is nothing to fret about it has decent looks with some mildly ugly spots. the gas mileage is great. the4 car is very fun to drive.

Love The Car - Hate The Repair Bills. — I love this car...especially in the summer with the top down. Unexpected mechanical issues are expensive to repair.

Love The Sporty Little Rag Top — I bought this car two years ago and couldn't be happier. Love the convertible without having to pay an arm and leg for one. Top is well insulated against the cold. Good gas mileage, extremely fun car to drive.

Crap - But Its A Rag Top! — Don’t care - it’s the wife’s Difficult to service try removing cyl 2/3 electrical connectors for the injectors without removing the "INLET MANIFOLD"! Things that didn’t work when purchased - 75K miles - Window mechanism $350 - inherent issue -Cruse control - not planning to fix - inherent model issue -Didn’t have extra keys - $60 for 1 key from dealer - $85 for dealer to program (local lock companies couldn’t do it) Based on 1995 Golf mechanics - made to look like more modern version! ABA engine strangled for USA market BUT IT’S CHEEP OPEN TOP MOTORING AT 32 MPG AND STILL FUN TO DRIVE!
