ProsAwesome performance and great gas mileage! Conssmaller than my big ford - I have had it for almost 7 years and I don't miss my gas guzzling 460 Ford.

Great Truck! — I love my supercharged V6! I had a 460 Ford Crew Cab and my little Tacoma has more HP and gets double the gas mileage! As of last month it now has over 180,000 miles on the engine. Just like a timex, it keeps on ticking.

Well Made And Reliable — There isn't anything I didn't like about this truck except that it was bought before it was known that our family would grow. Now that it has we have to get something bigger. If it weren't for that, we'd be keeping it until it disintegrating. Primary Use: Commuting to work | ||

ProsMechanically very sound. Pulls loaded cargo trailer with no problems. ConsInconvenient manual door lock and clock locations for driver. Very high insurance premium for this truck compared to other more expensive vehicles we own. Rough ride.

Excellent For A Small 4x4 Pickup — Very reliable, plenty of pep if you need it. Good visability. With on 60k miles driven so far this truck will last me a very long time or be passed on to a grandson. Much easier to maneuver and park in tight places than full size. Primary Use: Utility (towing boats, transporting cargo, etc.) | ||

I'd Say It Will Stand Up To The Test Of Time — had to change out clutch at 100k has 161k on it now still going strong oh I replaced the shocks once. Ive had it stuck in the river, water past the seats like i was sitting in the water. everything still works just had 2 drain the fluids. Nice Dependable Truck — There are very few things I dislike about this truck. The overall look and appearance is great and the vehicle being 11 years old is in good condition. The only replacement that has been done as far as out of pocket expense was the window wiper motor. Primary Use: Commuting to work | ||

ProsMy vehicle is great for towing trailers with ATV's attached or for moving furniture. Good size space within the cab as well for all of your personal items. ConsFuel Economy isn't the greatest as it get around 16 in town and 19-20 on highway.

A Man's Vehicle — My vehicle has always started right up and been reliable in bad weather and would provide the same for anyone looking for a good solid 4WD vehicle. The vehicle has decent tires at this point but looking to replace very soon if not sold. Primary Use: Commuting to work | ||

Awesome !! :d — Best truck I've ever owned ! I have always driven a 90' pickup before buying this truck because I didn't like the looks of the Tacomas when they first came out !! Glad I changed my mind. As long as you don't need to tow much , this is an excellent little truck an respectable as far as gas mileage goes ! Primary Use: Commuting to work | ||

Best Truck I've Ever Owned ! — It took a long time to get the paperwork for it , but it was well worth the wait ! Glad I bought it and it's been a blast to drive !
