2001 Pontiac Firebird V6 Y87 — This is my daily driver firebird. It took me two years to find the perfect firebird and I went with this. It is a 2001 Pontiac Firebird with the sunset orange metallic paint, black leather, t-tops, monsoon sound system, and the Y87 performance package. Bought it with 44k miles in June 2008. I love these cars, if I had the money, I would buy another and keep both of em lol. My bird looks great, but performance is ok, it is a v6 tho. The build quality is ok, it has too much plastic in the inside and out, but what new car doesn't right. Great gas mileage for a sports car. Really fun to drive. Can be a hassle in the winter tho obviously. Let me kno if you have any questions or wanna talk cars---

Pros

Great acceleration and top speed, perfect for leaving people in the dust.

Cons

Light back-end causing loss of control easy.

Great Car With Lots Of Power. — Great car had it for almost 3 years now and the only thing that is a flaw is the light rearend, but that can be fixed with a rear-mounted turbo! Great to drive and only about 17k with low miles! Tint on black is sexy so everyone knows by the way! Adding cross-drilled rotors and performance brakes would be first to do though because then you can stop the beast whenever you need(a.k.a. 5-0).

Ls1 — Its a nice powerful car with amazing looks. Gm did a awesone job at making the 4th f bodys. Its a true mustang killer! With over 300hp stock and very little to be done to make it to 400hp. ls1 was touched by the hand of god.

My "mid-life Crisis" Car! — I've only had this car for a couple of months, but so far I love it. It takes some getting used to, and there are a few tricks to learn to be able to see around the blind spots and keep the back from sliding on the turns. I certainly wouldn't let my 20 year old son drive it, but for a more experienced driver who has finally earned her right to have a "sports car", this car rocks!

Your Basic Firebird — great car for yourself or one other but not a family car, cant carry much, there is a back seat but its useless other then a few groceries, but its a great car for just riding around and relaxing in.

If it would have the v8 u than would want to avoid it

Git' R Done — Fun car wish it would have the v8 but overall its a nice looking car. Put exhaust on it to give it a little rumble nothing to extreme. Can't wait to drive it again been sitting in the gargae over the winter.

It's My Car. — for a v6 it's pretty fast. i love the appearance of the interior and exterior. the cost of ownership isn't that bad, it gets average gas mileage. it is fun to drive, love that it is a convertible. yup yup.

Consistantly inches out SRT-8's from a 50 roll on the freeway. FACT.

Cons

Rear ends ain't cheap!

Performance You Love From A Brand You Don't Anymore. — Great way to get from point A to point B, hastily if neccessary. Makes you want to rock a mullet and some 80's hair metal with the t-tops off. Easiest way to get 320+ horsepower under your right foot for under 10 grand.
