It Came Without The Funk — Maybe I was in some sort of a funk when I decided on the Nissan Altima. It was black but it was the dullest black I've ever seen. Like in football, the backup quarterback is never considered until the starting QB goes down. This car served its purpose as a good 2nd car. The grey interior was drab. The console was so blah. Nothing ever exciting ever happened when I drove it, parked it, or washed it. Except... ...when we took a trip in it to Kings Dominion one summer and when it was time go home, the car alarm would not shut off. Didn't help that I was wet from head to toe and trying to figure out how to dismantle the circuitry to the car battery. Light bulbs did go out often and water somehow got inside the light housings. I heard Nissan revamped the Nissan Altima after but too late, I've moved onto bigger and better things. Gave the car to my brother cross country. The car was missing that certain Je ne sais quoi that certain something that makes one fall in love. Primary Use: Commuting to work | ||

Great Reliable Vehicle. — Car drives awesome. Very reliable and comfy. I have had the car since july 2005 and have had minimal trouble with it. Leather seats, and custom low profile wheels. Sun/Moon roof makes for a great drive in any weather. Primary Use: Commuting to work | ||

A Good Reliable Car — Performance: Somewhat brisk acceleration, though nothing to put your head back into your seat. Handling is pretty lackluster, but then again this isn't a track car. Quality: Build quality is decent. We've had to put in a fair amount of money on maintenance issues. Appearance: Nothing special. The next generation Altima has this one beat by a mile. Great Overall Car Motor Last Forever With It! — Performance - acceleration is great, handles great, and great ABS Build quality - I got it when it only had 75,000 miles on it and it now has 134,??? had to repair very little and low cost things with it. I Like It Overall And Plan To Keep It For A While — Wat i like about this car is that although its got a V4 engine it still has the acceleration and speed like a V6. It also burns gas like one but I get about 20-23 miles a gallon around town. Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.) | ||

Pass — nice 2.4 car, its almost a 14 sec. car, perfect handling and power but they gt work on the appearance. its too low and the dashboard is ugly however u find it amazing the sec. u press the accelerator. if u r a drifter thn search for a better car. Nissan Sedan 2001 — its pretty fast on acceleration, it will squeel the tires from a dead stop. my brother can vouch for me that the car will leave black marks on the ground. its ok for a 4cyl. it gets about 27mpg. i find it a joy to drive even tho it is a foreign car. i still want a truck | ||
