ProsSolidly build vechile requiring next to zero maintainence. Great feel on the road. Heavy enough and balanced perfectly. Best vechicle on the road for ice and snow conditions. Powerful engine. 1999-2008 design still looks good. Holds value extremely well. ConsSmaller cabin than traditional full size SUV. Can feel heavy and lumbering like any SUV at times. Gas mileage is low but similar to large SUVs. Parts can be expensive but many Toyota Land Cruiser parts will work.

One Of Those Vehicles You Can't Justify Selling.... It's Just That Good. — I have three of these (two Land Cruisers and a Lexus LS-470) in the family. They're powerful, practical, solid, safe and they drive like high end sedans on the highway. It's really hard to part with them during the winter, especially. They continue to look good even with 10 years of age on their design. Primary Use: Family transportation
