I'd Recommend This Truck To Anyone Who Wants A Nice Luxury Truck That Still Plans To Use It As A Tru — Great truck no problems. I love the luxury of the truck, it's nice having the fully loaded options of the Z71. I took a long time to find and pick the right truck for what I wanted and this perfectly suits me. ProsDriven carefully, this V8 5.3L dual exhaust gets 18 mpg in the city! The looks & styling are awesome. Truck handles well, hauls loads in the beds or in a trailer with ease, and requires little maintenance. ConsThe plastic bed liner should be replaced with a spray-on liner and it doesn't do well in the snow unless there's at least 200 pounds of sand in the bed.

I Love This Truck! — The truck looks great, drives great, and has more power than anyone expects because of its styling. When you press the accelerator, it immediately gains speed while the dual exhausts let out a throaty roar letting everyone know just how much power this truck really has. I've hauled all kinds of loads in the bed and with a trailer and Gracie has never disappointed me. She gets weekly washings and regular waxings plus extra attention around the doors, gate, and hood to make sure everything is dry and clean both inside and out. Primary Use: Commuting to work | ||

Awesome Daily Driver. — Great performance for a daily driver when modded. Ok build quality squeaks inside dash and everything is cheap plastic. Extremely fun to drive when messing around. Gas gets expensive when messing around but isn't too bad when you drive in a civilized manner. No tow hitch. | ||

Great Truck Good To Drive Easy To Fix. — its a good truck I've had no major problems yet. it has a v6 HO, gas decent pick up and breaks work. it has a 36 gallon tank tank and is expensive to fill up if it is on empty. the vortec V6 is a good engine i had it in a s 10 and it was great. it is a fun truck to drive. Primary Use: Utility (towing boats, transporting cargo, etc.) | ||

Love It! — GM V8 is reliable as ever! Bed is big enough to hold what is reasonable, but not so big that it's like driving a train. Interior is spectacular, no complaints. Four door is nice for the family and convenient for hauling small things. Primary Use: Utility (towing boats, transporting cargo, etc.) | ||

Gmc: Not Just Your Ordinary Auntie's Truck! — It has an eight-foot bed that never has to be made, and it comes with a tailgate. Bought it from wife's aunt for a great price. Gets great fuel mileage. Helps me bring lots of parts home from swap meets. I'm a man now that I own a truck. What else can I say? | ||

Gmc Sierra 1500 Z71 — I've always had a thing for GMCs especially since I drove my dad's around on leave. I had to have my own so when I came back from my second tour I got one. Everyone like to say its a Chevy...which is true in most aspects but the cosmetics...I'll just put it this way. It looks much better than a Chevy. I love driving it, even with the gas prices so high. I've had no major issues with it other than the damage my wife has done to it. The power and performance are phenominal. | ||
