Love It — has a ton of room, handles great on the highway would not go back to a car love my truck. Use it for towing and with the seats folded holds a ton of stuff. Use it for those trips to watertown would not be without it i think everyone should have a truck

Nice Ride — Great for loading up and heading out to the beach. Performs well and great in the snow. Actually wonderful in alot of snow. Great in summer months. Smooth ride with good mirror vision and roomy interior. Good buy used or new.

Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.)

4x4 and SUV cargo

Cons

SRS system in question

2001 Ford Explorer — Bought this vehicle after I left a job that provided a company vehicle. The vehicle was ok for my transportation needs by commuting to work and back, but I question its reliability and safety after it was involved in a 50 mph crash on I-70 and the SRS bags did not deploy. In addition, the belt tensioners did not work properly and sent my head over the wheel and into the windshield. Don't think I will own one again.

Primary Use: Commuting to work

Comfy Gas Prices? — This truck is smooth on the road. It is very comfy. It just gets bad gas milage. But other than than I love this truck. It has a lot of trunk space also. I would recommend getting this as a first car for our kid.

12 MPG - need I say more???

Two Words - Gas Guzzler — Bought this when I purchased my first home. Thought I got a good deal until the second week when I realized I was getting only 12 MPG. DON'T buy a 4WD vehicle unless you don't have to eventually pay for your kids' college education.
