It Is One Of The Most Dependable And Useful Vechiles Ive Owned — I love the 4-wd feature and its been very reliable from snowed in drive ways to 80 on the freeway with black ice. Ive towed my boat and small trailer for many years and think it does and awesome job handling loads for such a small suv. It would be nice if it got a little more mpg since it is som small but all in all it has been a very modest and trustworthly vechile. Primary Use: Family transportation

Perfect First Car And Easy To Maintain — performance- peppy little 2.0L I4 with plenty of power for a 2800lbs car.its just a blast to drive on and off road build quality- it seems to be a sturdy little car with thick plastic but little trinkets look like their fragile.the top rattles slightly at take off but on the hwy barely any noise and if the radios on your fine. the soft top though is a pain in the ass. appearance- its an ugly cute car. its got a short rounded body, with smooth lines. the interior is quite roomy especially in foot room but the back is kind of cramped but the front occupants can move their seat up without feeling squished. costs- its not bad on the wallet but the fragile things can be pricey. Good Car For Daily Commute, Even If Ice/snow Expected. — My daughter had one identical to mine, and wrecked it recently, I am amazed at how well this vehicle reacts during an impact. She hit a telephone poll at a moderate rate of speed and came out with only a scratch on her arm from the airbag deployment. I would buy another one for that reason.

2001 Chev Tracker Zr2 — OMG, where do I start? 204,000 miles, all original paint and engine. Performance is still unbelieveable. Cost was $9,000 eight years ago, how can you beat that? Fun to drive, and great on fuel economy. Used primarily for animal rescue transport. Cannot get any better.

Tracker Is A Winner — an incredible wee Suzuki / rebadged as a Chevy! My daily hauler. I fill it full of tools and bounce to Lafayette to do flooring. Not great on gas at 70mph. Great on gas round town though. Seemingly unbreakable, take note Land ROver! Primary Use: Commuting to work
