Disliked In The Repair Work Done With This Truck It Was A Lemon. — I traded in my 1996 for it and wished I never did. I wanted to upgrade because of the newer features. 3rd seat and controls for the back... But I had nothing but problems with this truck. the engine was bad and the service @ gm could never find the problem. Gas $$$$ V8, it was fun to drive. interior was great. Acceleration so FAST!!! Primary Use: Family transportation

It's Kinda Big For One Person Vehicle.... — Handles like a small car! Great steering, low maintenance! Has alot of get-up-n-go! Not too good on mileage tho'! The 4 X 4 is great! Good breaks.... Love the electric seats in the winter! Nice looking....Seats fold up for more storage... Primary Use: Commuting to work | ||

Overall Great Car — This truck overall is very good for transporting 6 to 8 people. Tows a boat very nicely. The leather still smells great so that new car smell has been around for a very long time. This truck overall has been a very reliable vehicle. Primary Use: Utility (towing boats, transporting cargo, etc.) | ||

Our Family Ride — Well what I liked is , that it was a upgrade from our previous family vechicle- a 1995 honda civic coupe. It is very hard to fit five kids plus two parents into such a small vechicle. Were able to travel like a family in comfort, not all crammed into such a small vechicle. The small car has its perks like fuel efficency, I can go to work and back home all week on twenty dollars. Versus the Tahoe , all it gives you is a quarter of A tank and about three days of work and back home. The four- wheel drive works great in all types of wheather, snow or rain. Primary Use: Family transportation | ||

Very Well Taken Care Of — I have owned this car for 6 years. Runs really well. 3rd seat. Very Very clean looks new inside and out. I am only selling it to get a Suburban, no other reason. Well taken care of. Just had a tune up and serviced. Has 3 t.v.s with dvd player, mp3, ipod hook ups. Tinted windows. I have loved this car!! Primary Use: Family transportation | ||

I Love This Truck. It Is Roomy, Comfortable And Useful. — I love my truck. It gets me were I want to go. It performs very good on road and off. The only thing that has gone wrong is the the transmission went out on me. The outside looks cool with the black paint, grill and extended fenders. Inside is a little worn but in overall good shape and roomy. It gets about 14 mpg and I use synthetic oil in the engine so its a little more expensive but I change it myself. The truck is fun to drive. Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.) | ||

Hate The New Body Style. Get An Older One Of You Can! — Love everything about my Tahoe, except for the simple fact that they have a governor on the damn thing at 98 mph. How fricking rediculous is that!!!! The Tahoe even handles pretty well for an SUV. And believe me, I still continue to push my vehicle whenever I get a chance. I like to see exactly how far I can push it when it comes to performance. I have been surprised on many occasions. I truly love my Tahoe and hope it hangs in there for years to come. | ||

My Tahoe — The Tahoe is fun to drive. I like driving trucks/suv's. Has good performance, handles well, has no squeaks or rattles, exterior is not bad, the color is FIRE RED. Gas mileage is about the usual on an SUV and cross your fingers and toes, but we've not had any trouble with the vehicle. | ||

I Love My Hoe — Its pretty much a perfect vehicle for my needs. it hauls 5 comfortably. it pulls trailers with ease, and if you fold down the seats you've got tons of space inside. i enjoy driving my truck, its a pleasure in the snow. its thirsty but it works for me. Its easy to work on and never gets stuck. | ||

Very Reliable Southern Car, Now In Pa. Wish It Was 4wd. 5.3l Auto 2wd. Did Not Depreciate Very Well. — I have had my 2001 Chevy Tahoe 5.3L 2WD for about 3 years now. Had 50,000 mi. on it when i bought it. (For substantially more than it is currently worth) I have had nothing but success with this vehicle thus far. Very basic maintenance practices aside I have had 0 problems. Until today. Owner for 3 years, 0 months Miles Driven per Year:13,000 |
