Chevy Prizm = Ahhhhhh! — It has been in and out of the shop ever since I got it. Obviously I'm not expecting a fantastic car or anything, but it is awful. Horrible acceleration, have had the brakes changed twice in two years, it's always talking back to me, and it just isn't an enjoyable ride. However, gas mileage is fantastic.... which is the only reason I haven't barreled it into the side of a wall at this point.

2001 Chevy Prizm Review. — This has been a very reliable and excellent economy mode of transportation. In the 11 years that I have had the car I an count the mechanical issues on one hand. Good Car For Around Town Not Really A Long Trip Car. — Overall good car. Road noise is tiring after long trip. Car always started in the coldest weather. Battery lasted 9 years in the car. Tires lasted long time. Took car a long trip one time and had to keep an eye on oil with extended periods of 75 mph driving. Primary Use: Commuting to work | ||

Great Car — When I bought this car from Saturn of Rochester, it had only had one previous owner. It was in great shape with hardly any miles on it. It continued to be a great car for me for the 2 years that I owned it.. Great gas mileage, great performance, with no major break-downs. Primary Use: Commuting to work | ||

Great Car For Commuting To And From Work — Performance - appropriate for an 1.9 liter engine, not disappointing, not surprising Build quality - very good, no need for repairs other than usual wear and tear Appearance - exterior - does not stand out in the crowd, interior - very basic and simple Cost of Ownership - good gas mileage (25/32), cheap regular maintenance, wear and tear repairs little more expensive Fun Factor - this car is not equipped to have fun with Primary Use: Family transportation | ||
