2001 Audi Allroad Quattro 4 Dr Turbo AWD Wagon Review
ProsIt was very quick, had amazing handling, loaded on options and was meticulously taken care of, not a single interior scratch, 98000 miles on it when i bought it 5/29/11 for a 10 year old car pretty good, and had bose sound system, it had every option but the sun roof and the navigation ConsThe gas mileage, if i accelerated just a tad bit too much the turbo kicked in and it took off, 0-60 in just under 8 seconds, for a wagon thats pretty damn fine!!! but thats what killed it, the turbo killed on fuel consumption, other than literlally just that i loved it

Amazing — I really did like everything about this car other than the right side door which had been dented numerous times, but oddly enough , was the only panel with dents so it woulda been an easy fix,i really did love everything about this car other than the gas as stated and have no complaints, the cost of repair also blew, which is why it got totaled, it wasnt long before they decided it would be by the company suggested by our insurance because of the expense in parts. Primary Use: Commuting to work

Great Car For Any Age — Perfect car for active individuals. Take it off road, throw equipment in the spacious trunk. Enjoy a quiet comfortable ride anywhere you go. Its hard to beat the functionality of this wagon all while having a powerful and efficient engine. Gets more MPG than speculated. Im currently getting 21.8 with mostly city driving! Primary Use: Utility (towing boats, transporting cargo, etc.)

Prospower and handling Consgas price in France!

Petrolheads Fun Machine And Practical Too! — I use mine in the French Alps a lot and the combination of ABS, ESP and Quattro 4 wheel drive make this car one of the fastest fun drives around, and still carry 5 people and all their bagage. On the German Autobahns it can still hang in with the modern diesels at 130 mph+ but its REALLY thirsty at these speeds! If you want to drive fast you probably need the 3.0TDI if you are not going to bankrupt yourself. Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.)

Allroad — Worse the wheather gets in winter, more you can enjoy of Allroad quattro drive. Only negative thing in a car has been failures in air springs. Gas consumption is also quite high which is not a nice thing when gas costs 9 usd/gallon :-) Anyway, I still recommend this car.

Sweet Turbo Ride! — Fell in love with this car at the New York auto show many moons ago and was able to finally get it albeit slightly used. Did a few "mods" Lowered the air suspension with VAG-COM tool, 19" wheels, oem rear roof spoiler, Llumar tint, took out the yellow reflectors in the headlights(quite an experience with the headlights in the oven to loosen the glue!), some smoked tailights and debadged. unfortunately I was rear ended on a rainy foggy day and drove away with $20,000+ damage and was totalled by geico. May it RIP

Loved It Just Had To Go More Practical. — I love the way this car drove and and looked. Unfortunately in the end Audi's are money sucking holes. If I could afford the $4000 a year to maintain it, it may still be in our garage. Lots of nice features that you don't find every day too. Primary Use: Commuting to work |
