Yes. Yes. Yes. — Ridiculously long-lasting Diesel engine and reliability. Amazing fuel milage (50+ Highway, 45+ City) and (this is random) the most powerful and coldest A/C of any car I have ever been in. I have put $215 in repairs into this car in 10 years. I am getting another one.... uh...... Will someone please give me some money? :) Primary Use: Commuting to work

I Love It Vw Is The Way To Go — brakes are good handling is awesome but it dost go until ur at like 3000 rpm. quality is wicked good only thing ive had to change is the oil pan. its sexy. and its wicked fun to dive is gets goin on the high way and can dip in and out good | ||

I Like The Car, Not The Problems — Great car for gas mileage and for parking in small places. volkswagens all have electrical problems... boo! My car in currently telling me the car door is open by a constant ding, ding, ding... I can get it fixed for about $350 dollars... I choose not to drive unless it is absolutely necessary. Fun factor- I'd say this car is fun to drive. Would I recommend this car to a friend... no, I'd say get a Honda or a Toyota. I hate for you to ahve to buy German parts $$$$$ | ||

Golf Tdi 2000 — I love this car, german cars are just superior. Power is OK if you think that its a 1.9 TDI engine. Sure It needs some repairs but no big deal. The diesel engine dont drink at all, I can make like 800 + km on one tink of diesel. Its great with the price of gazoline those days lol. If you look for a car that is realy fun to drive then its the one. I love my Golf :)!! | ||

Great To Drive But If You Get In Wiyh Your Lead Boots On, It'll Empty Your Wallet Quick Time — Ok the golfs great fun to drive-bit heavy if im honest though this does give it the big car feel. You can throw it around an the tail will always come back, very forgiving in the corners. also i love the feel of the ride-you can always tell when its letting go. Down sides are the weight.. yes you get great safety but you pay for it with silly fuel bills, an i cant help driving like i stole it sometimes on those quiet mornings when noones about. all in all a great motor, it'll put a smile on your face one the way to work an sooth your furrowed brow on the way home... | ||

Very Nice Car, Looks Nicer With Modifications — performance is ok, could be a bit faster, build quality is very good, Appearance, very nice, but needs modifying eg exterior, body kit, wheels, and interior could do with some modifications, eg, silver trim, leather seats, upgraded sound system because the sound system isn't very good Primary Use: Commuting to work |
