2000 Vauxhall Omega — Performance: 2.2 is pretty quick on the flat, up steep country roads it did need a downchange or two, brakes were very good. Handles just as well as the saloon. Very safe. Build Quality: Overall, Good. Sometimes the sunroof opened when it felt like it. Appearence: Very Nice. Looks Ex-Police in black. Cost of Ownership: Good on fuel (Use Econ button with the AirCon and increases range dramatically!) Cheap to insure. Fun Factor: Is good fun to drive. Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.) |

Cheap To Buy Executive Saloon, Lot Of Car For The Money — as a 2.2, the performance wasn't startling, but reasonable. handling was good. build quality typically german, solid. quite a good looking car, although i think the estate is better. good fuel economy, 30-36 mpg, parts reasonable. main dealer prices expensive, so don't go there!! Primary Use: Family transportation |

Its Faster Than A Beemer And Not As Common!!! — It goes like the proverbial off a shovel!! Its comfy and quiet and is fully loaded withe every optional extra that you would have to pay an absolute fortune for on such as a beemer and with the beemer you are always going to look like a knob whose trying to show people he has money but is really skint! My car is very inconspicuous!! It passes owt on the road bar a petrol station!!!! Primary Use: Family transportation |
