Megane Convertible 1.6l 16v — Good average car. No weak point. Engine is agreable and chassis is good. It's not a sport car but it's well balanced the way it is. Electric soft top is quick and easy to use. Too bad it's rear screen is in plastic . Room in front is generous. Room in the back is not. Trunck is big enough but entrance is a bit narrow. Sold with almost 140 000 Km and without any real problem. Fuel consumption is reasonable.

Renault Megane Sports Alize 1.6 16v — I have the alize sports version so its a bit quicker. It has sport interior white dials and a back spoiler its good on fuel fun to drive sports seats but still a good family car gets you from a to b but still looks good too.

Primary Use: Family transportation

My Car — a nice drive,handles well, and responds in a decent manner, not very powerful though so acceleration is actually not good at all, doesnt need a lot of fixing, and is cheap when you need to, it is good value for money.

Primary Use: Commuting to work

Renault Megane Rt Alize 1.6 — Performance-good acceleration for a 1.6 (0-60 in 9.5). Corners with a lot of roll, but holds the road well. Build quality- its French Appearance- lovely curves, and has no fiddly bits on the inside that arent necessary. the colour is also very nice when the sun shines on it Cost of ownership - cost me £1600 in amazing condition at 54k so a bargain, averages 33mpg when using it in general, if u hammer it everywhere it does 25mpg

Megane - Cold In Winter — 1.4 l motor is not so powerfil, but it does not take so much gasoline. Comfortable to drive, Prizes sunk very fast after new modell arrived. It is good car if you do not have rush to anywhere... French cold car

=) — LIKE: i like the fact that the RMS power in my car is like five times biger than its horse power :P HATE: although its reault megane coupe SPORT and it suposed to have a better handing than normal megane coupe, it still kinda sux

Cheap to buy, insure and run and quite quick too!

Brilliant — Heard reports of slight shaking whilst sat with engine ticking over. That is the only issue i've ever had! Realy quite quick for a 1.6 car.
