My Not So Special Car — Fully loaded. Leather Seats, power seats, Locks, and windows. Sun Roof and small spoiler. Aluminum Rims ( OEM) Whats I dont like... 3.4 L V6 = poor gas milage, but good performance. never had luck with power window motors. The sats get verry hot in the summer and verry cold in winter.

Pros

lots of power,fun to drive,

Cons

costly on gas,costly repair bills

Its A Good Car — The Alero is a good car to own but its expensive to maintain and to modify. The 3.4 litre v6 does have a lot of power stock but with a few little upgrades this car could be a beast on and off the track. The interior is very comftorable and sleek. Im not to fond of the exterior styling as it is sometimes compared with the mid to late 90s mustang. All in all Id have to say that everyone should own an Alero at least once in their life.

Pros

pretty fast for a cheap car!

Cons

some  overheating problems

Would Make A Good Fist Car! — Good running car, horrible gas mileage, might be cause of my heavy foot. It has a good take off but only 110 top speed. it has good steering and it is confortable to drive. pretty cheap for parts since it is a GM and there is alot of parts for them, better then getting a Foreign car that you will have to get parts ship from another country.

Pros

Appearance, sound system

Cons

brakes

Olds Alero — 150 HP gives you some room to smoke a few people who maybe ride around in old Toyota Tercels, but it's nothing special. It's an alright looking car, somewhat sporty in appearance. It's a 4 dr, I prefer coupes. The gas mileage is fair and overall it has a low cost of ownership. It had it's tire axle broken (thanks to another family member) and then it ha problems with the rotors, but with that fixed it is still a nice car. It's not something you're going to want to dump 10k into but for a nice Sunday drive sort of car, it passes the test.

Pros

Always faithful, and plenty of space

Cons

Kindof sluggish at times with a 4-cyl. engine

35

My Seccond Vehicle — This was my 2nd car that I owned. I received it as a gift from my parents after my 1st vehicle got wrecked. This car looked okay in appearance and drove nice. A little slow with only a 4-cylinder engine. The build factor was actually okay considering I hit a deer with it and only dented the front passenger fender. My emergency button fell inside the dash, and I was able to tear into it and fix it. Had to fix some minor things like the wheel bearings and such. Would actually love to have this car back and recommend it to anybody for a daily driver.

Pros

Great looking, performing, feature rich car!

Cons

Cheap build quality.

25

Alero Woes. — Lots of great features, decent power, but it falls apart a lot. If it's under warranty, the car is great! But as soon as that warranty goes out, so does the car. It's like the car knows when it's time to take all of your money and give it to the dealer.

Pros

Fast, Fun, Good looks and fold down back seats for the ladys

Cons

Oldsmobile

Erics Alero Review — Its a stock sleeper, Grandmas drive them, but if someone like me is behind it, it is a beast. The car never hardly needs anything done to it, but it goes though tires really fast even driving softly. Its a super fun car to drive. It is like a tank, the build quality is solid, Gas Mileage sucks but its cheap to fix if you do it yourself, Performance parts are the only killer with this car.
