Pros

Good gas mileage. Drives like a car. Carries lots of stuff.

Cons

No power to accelerate.

Typical Honda, Just Runs And Runs And Runs — The CR-V has been a great family vehicle. Good on gas and big enough to carry stuff everywhere for a family of four.

Don't Buy One, It Will Soon Cost You More To Repair Than The Vehicle Is Worth — Handling and braking are pretty good, but lacks acceleration. Has needed many major repairs, such as air conditioning compressor, transfer case and has terrible valve problems and now needs a new cylinder head. If you expect this car to last a long time, it won't!

Pros

low maintenence, good gas mileage, definetly the best for it's class

Cons

not the quickest car out there

Perfection, Or As Close As Possible — Perfect all-around car for the common user. Extremely low maintenance. This car is in no way considered a sports car, however it has responsive steering. No mechanical problems in the history of my ownership. The car is amazing in winter if you drive it like its a FWD car. It'll surprise you...

Pros

Fun to drive, does everything I need it to do.

Cons

I would comment on the noise insulation, but there is none.  Engine revs high on the highway which is ok, but you can hear it...you can hear everything.

My Latest Toy — Drives like a Civic, slick 5 speed, Acura Integra based motor, 4wd, room for all kinds of crap in the back, and just a wonderful vehicle. 4wd and 25+MPG. This example is low miles, I plan on having it for a LONG LONG TIME!!!

Great, Reliable Car. — My CR-V is a great runner and handles very well on any kind of road. It has only needed a few wear-and-tear repairs. Looks great both inside and out. Gets great gas mileage. Fun car to drive. Overall it's very reliable.

Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.)

All In All A Good Car, But Lacks The Fun Factor + Can't Really Go Offroad — Performance : Ok, Automatic that can reach red line on rapid acceleration is the only thing i like about the car :p Build Quality: Sea of hateful plastic Appearance: Okey Honda style, mild & plain Cost of Owenership: Like most honda... it's low gas mileage & low maintenance :) usually a plus Fun Factor: Comfort lv is terrible due to the fact, Honda like to implant road feel on a crossover like this! Honda what were u thinking!!! but some people may think it's fun....

four wheel drive, solid car, and a tank in the snow

Cons

its hideous

Its Ugly But It Works — surprisingly good acceleration, In a word "Honda" aka well buit and reliable, well its a crv so its not exactely a hot ride but its get me where i need to go, gas mileage is good for a four wheel drive, however it is not the funnest to drive

My Honda Cr-v — Great build quality.Fairly good performance.Reliable, and roomy.Hasn't cost too much to run,and is fairly fun to drive.Driven better 4x4s,but it does us.Looks wise,it is ok.It does roll into corners sometimes, but i put that down to going into them a bit fast ! ;-) I would rather a BMW X5,but who wouldn't eh !

Great Gas Mileage, Great Appearance, Great Handeling (on & off-road)

Cons

Could use a little more power under the hood.

Best Small Suv Ever Manufactured — Awesome car!!! Haven't had any trouble out of my CR-V, well, except for the flat tire, but that doesn't count. The appearance both in and out of the car is superb. The gas mileage is great, almost 35 MPG highway. This Honda is so much fun to take in the mud; has performed in some cases better than a Jeep. An all-around great car.
