ProsEasy to drive, good to haul things, carries good loads, travels well ConsAcceleration is sometimes hard to control and on long trips sometimes gets too much

Great Truck — Acceleration is sometimes hard to handle brakes good for a big truck and handles good even when towing things. in 6 years of driving it finally needed a new transmission, rattles a little but nothing major. Exterior is solid green and interior is a dark tan cloth. Everything is electric and has T.V. with VCR and we installed a basic channel T.V. antenna on back window, had an A/C Power inverter in and bolted under seat for a PS2 and XboX to be used since there were AV inputs for T.V.. Gets good gas mileage for a truck and is not hard to keep up with. Very fun to drive, good stereo system and great to tow, and pull trailers with

Good Truck For A College Student. — Not the best performance truck. It only has a 4.2L V6 but the K&N filter does help. It is very solid and well engineered. I think these trucks can look awesome if done the right way. Since it's an XL, the interior is very basic; rubber flooring, no power locks or windows. Gets around 14mpg city, 25mpg highway. This truck only has 68,000 miles so mechanically it is in great shape and has not needed any severe maintenance. Stick is awesome to drive. Primary Use: Commuting to work | ||

Love My F150 — Great truck to drive. Couldn't be happier with her appearance. It was love at first sight. Fully loaded inside and out! Never had an issue with the handling. Few repairs (general upkeep) anything else has just been my own fault LOL Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.) | ||

Fun Sporty Truck — Great Truck very fast and fun to drive. Nice lines. Love the HD package. love the black interior. Has the 5.4 ford engine. not to happy that its only a 2 wheel drive. You can add a lot of extras to the engine and truck. Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.) | ||

My Trusty Little Ford — Its a good, reliable and fairly fast old oil field truck. It was chipped at some point and I put a 3" exhaust on it so it sounds good, and it gets pretty good gas mileage. its never been broke, it runs awesome, it drives nice, and all in all is a good and loyal steed. It gets me where I want to go and does it with a smile. and on time. What else could a Texan ask for other than a good ol' truck? | ||

F150 Xl — I got it in June of 2008. It had about 90 thousand miles on it. But in a truck 90,000 is nothing if you keep it up. Its got a toolbox. I put a flowmaster 40 series on it recently. There isnt too much that i dont like about it. | ||

Dependable Work Horse — I bought this truck in October 2011 with 207k miles. It was very dependable, never broke down once. The engine never let's the power go even with the AC on full power. Decent and comfortable seats in the back for my children too. I traded it in on my '06 VW Passat and received $1750 as the trade in. Primary Use: Family transportation | ||

Ford — it is a good truck for lakes and family trips. it performance is overall good when i got it it was a little uncared for by the previous owners and we fixed it up and it looks fine now. it is the best truck to drive around in. it is a black truck. Primary Use: Utility (towing boats, transporting cargo, etc.) | ||

2000 F-150 Work Edition Lwb — Its performance is light with the v6 4.2 but powerful enough to carry anything I've put in the bed. It was built very well its been in two accidents and is still running strong with over 200,000 miles on it. Its appearance is typical of its competition. Its cost is still low I've had it three years and spent less than 400 on all repairs including its accidents. Its long wheel base and can haul plenty in the bed so as far as its fun factor maybe if your hauling around your friends but other than that it does what it was meant to do haul cargo and get me from a to b. Primary Use: Commuting to work |
