Not Too Bad... But You Must Baby It Or It Won't Return The Favor! — This thing is loaded to the gills with options. And that's from where the rubber meets the road (Michelin Cross Terrains) to the Roof Racks! If it isn't premium it AIN'T going on/in my Tahoe! I don't want to be stranded on the road somewhere.

You Know You Want One Of Your Own. — Power: 5.7L, it will curb stomp you...even pulling a trailer Looks: a little original and boxy, but I have no problem with retro Maintenance: change the oil regularly, brakes, tires, and you're good to go. Back Seats: Great, just not heated like the front. =/ Handling: sharp turn radius...for a truck of its size Front Seats: Great. heated, a seat adjustment for everyone. Reliability: Super, but i don't want to put my foot in my mouth. Family Car: Yes, forget Soccer Van. Soccer SUV. =] Fuel Economy: nothing like a Versa or Smart but good. Price: CarMax Cargo: this one doesn't have the third row seat, i could sleep in the back of this truck very comfortably. Overall: couldn't ask for anything better, besides another one. Primary Use: Utility (towing boats, transporting cargo, etc.) | ||

2000 Tahoe 5.3 Nbs — Tahoe's are by far my favorite truck. Especially this body style. Gas mileage is not their strong point, but if done right you can get a lot more out of it. Driving is great but sometimes the transmission may shift strange. Adding a corvette servo, an HD2 Shift kit and a rebuild will make it drive like a dream. mine is also the first year they came out with the new body style so it has a few things that could be upgraded. | ||

Ok — good nice suv for a big family now its my oldest sons. it has alright gas milegage and it has 225 miles on her and still running pretty strong and is as good suv for winter with four whell drive Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.) | ||

Great I Love It And Its Hot — Roomy Interior, touch button 4wd, theres a hidden center console in the back seats when needed, "optional" third row seating, and lots of storage space. Its great for hauling the family around or towing a trailer. Great for cruising the streets or off roading too. Primary Use: Family transportation | ||

With Modifications, You Can Go Faster Than Most Sedans On The Road — 9 mpg, fun to drive off the road. cattle guard has saved me numerous times. upgraded exhaust, ari and oil filters with bilstein shocks makes it faster with a smoother ride. tough as nails, basically a tank on wheels, car accidents wont hurt it. 2000 Chevy Tahoe Lt — Our 2000 Chevy Tahoe LT is decked out, leathered out, and sittin on 35's. It has a 5.3 liter v-8 4:10, rear end, chipped, throttle body spacer, and 12 inches of lift. This truck can ride and pull all day long. If i had to trade in the truck I would only for another Chevy. Primary Use: Family transportation | ||

Sexy — This car is crazy good. I love it, my friends love it, my family loves it, God loves it, nuff said. lol, well yeah i love this car, it's a solid 4WD and it has pretty good handling, and the only real downside to it would be that it eats up a lot of gas, and I mean a LOT OF GAS, I think I get like 10 mpg with the rims I got on it, so its a great car still I love it, u gotta have it. | ||

This Car Is Nice And I Like It.... — I've got this car for one week now and I like the car so far. Performance: Well it's a V8 wich is very nice. I'm looking forward to try the 4WD this winter. Build Quality: Well so far I haven't had any big problems with it. I'd fixed the windows elevator last weekend (cheap fix). I was aware of this problem when i bought it. Appearance: Standard exterior is pretty nice but I'll upgrade it with a grilleguard and a bug deflector later on to give it a more brutal look. Cost of Ownership: Very bad gas mileage, but this is what you can expect with these cars. Same maintenance as my Camaro witch is good. Fun Factor: Well it's not a race car but it's nice to drive when you're not in a hurry. I've go the Camaro to go fast with :D Overall: It's a nice car and I'll probobly upgrade to a new one in the future... Primary Use: Commuting to work |
